Highly do not recommend going to this Taco Bell. After ordering $40 worth of food and driving home, we noticed that there wasn’t any fixings on the food plus the quality of what food was given was extremely poor. I called the store to notify them of the issue. The store manager Martha was not helpful at all and stated that she knew of this error. She stated we could drive the food back to the store to get a replacement. After expressing my disbelief in how we are not driving all the way back, she stated that she can’t do anything else. Poor customer service, poor quality food. Do not recommend.
This is the closest Taco Bell to me and we would eat here more often probably but the service is rarely good. Often our order is wrong or they take a very long time to even speak to us. We have waited 20 minutes or more for someone to even acknowledge us or take our order. The drive through is a little better than dine in.
It is Taco Bell. You don't go for world-class dining, but you do go for quick and easy food. Ours came out far from quick and waited in the drive thru long enough for it to be considered casual dining.
We came here for our love of TB && peace. I understand people have bad days or situations that are frustrating, but it is absolutely NO NEED to cocky, stuck up, and rude with customers. Not only with me, but “Martha” had a bad attitude with the even the car behind us as you could hear her on the intercom. The #5 combo we got was more chips && beans 1 slice of jalapeños, && hardly no cheese. They forgot my 2 extra tacos & when I went to go inside they’re lobby was closed and wouldn’t fix my order unless I went back through the drive-thru. I went & I asked to get my 2 tacos i paid for & purchase 2 more soft tacos and give the cashier a 2nd chance and still so rude. When I approached the window she sent her mgr to take my money, & couldn’t make things right. I absolutely will not recommend this TB to anyone. Unsatisfactory!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED THE CANTINA TACOS AND ASKED FOR SOME LETTUCE TO PUT ON IT. THEY TOLD IT DIDN'T COME ON IT AND THEY COULD SALE ME SOME. I WOULD NEED TO GO BACK TO THE KIOSK AND ORDER IT. WHAT ? THE CRUNCHY DOSE NOT BUT THE SOFT COMES WITH IT. AMAZING. ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THE TEXTURE OF THE SHELLS. WOW. UNBELIEVABLE. SOMETHING THAT SMALL AND THEY WANTED ME TO GO AND ORDER IT. NOT TO MENTION IT WAS MY FIRTS TIME TRYING THIS ITEM, AND IT SUCKED. I WILL NOT BE BACK.
It's a shame Tommy doesn't work here anymore he was the only reason I came back after a horrible ???? incident with sourcream .. he always made sure I was taken care of and of course 2 days after he left and 1 more time. They put sourcream on when I said not too. I won't be back till he is back and a manager
Poor food quality they took down my review without contact
He won't let us talk to him about upgrade our drink we wanted a froze n one. Not very polite
