Love this location. Tried the new cantina chicken burrito today and it was extremely delicious. Big pieces of tender chicken and a little spicy. It came with a pack of chilled Avocado salsa to drizzle on top which was perfect. The dining area Its so clean and the staff is very helpful. Thank you! Located next to White Castle on Daryl Carter Parkway.
If I could give it 0 I would, quite comfortable the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
Food takes ages, was told to calm down for responding when my name was finally shouted out after 25 minutes of waiting, even though I replied saying, did you say Ted?
When I looked confused I was told I was an “aggy man”.
The food order was then wrong, chips were not included and we were told we needed to pay for chips even though our receipt showed we did.
How on earth Taco Bell have employed the two woman who worked there is beyond me, they were useless. This view was shared amongst the other customers who also waited for ages and were told to calm down when any questions were raised over food time.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
After a long expensive day at Disney on 10/13/22, we decided to get fast food for dinner. Husband opted for burgers across the street, but I wanted something from Taco Bell.
It's been awhile since I've been to a Taco Brll. This one was clean, bright and inviting. The cashier was helpful - asked what I was in the mood for. With his help I chose the Steak power bowl ($6.69) and cinnamon twists ($1). He surprised me with a senior discount ($.77). Yes, I do look like a senior and I am one!
We took our respective meals back to our hotel. My bill was excellent, and very filling. I was feeling generous so I shared my delectable twists with Husband. Not sure when we'll be back to this Taco Bell, but this experience has me wanting to go back!
I've worked in restaurants and it's a common courtesy to customers who have sizable orders and forget to add some small thing that costs cents, to give it to the customer. Tonight after making a mobile order over $50 at this Taco Bell, we realized on the way to pick up the food that we forgot a small extra side of sour cream for the kid who won't eat Spanish cuisine without sour cream. Total cost 63¢. Total delay, after the hot food was prepared and sat on the counter while I was charged, paid, and watched staff do other, more important things, 6 minutes. Instead of the young woman who insisted the 'system' wouldn't let her give out sour cream without a charge taking 5 seconds to make the cup of sour cream, she walked away to do something else more important and another shift worker came up minutes later with the cup and apologized for my waiting.
I'll never go back to this Taco Bell because of the discourtesy of the young lady I had to deal with and I strongly encourage anyone else looking for courtesy to avoid it as well
This Taco Bell was fine, similar to other Taco Bell. My biggest gripe is that there was a big glowing sign in the window saying “Drive Thru Open” but when we pulled through they said we had to go inside to order. What’s the point of the sign? If they have someone manning the mic to say come inside why can’t they take orders?
It’s a nice, new and clean Taco Bell! You know the food and it’s actually decent for what you pay and the speed in which you get it. I love being able to endlessly customize items on the app. This location has a good amount of parking and the drive though was fast.
Ok, yes, this is a Taco Bell...but for a Taco Bell this location deserves all the five stars! Seriously, I don't know how they do it but every time we go (we're locals) they get our food correct and hot and fresh. It's a known joke that usually Taco Bell messes up your order or the tortillas taste stale, but not here! We order multiple things with weird add-ons or taking off certain items and they always get it right. It also seems like a lot of the staff has been there since they opened and they're friendly and it shows.
This is not fast food. 1020pm on a Thursday night took over 15 minutes for 2 cheesy wraps for our 6 year old. There was no one at the drive thru.
