Service bad & food even worse. Everything I ordered was 80% lettuce 15% bread and 5% meat. I get more full eating their hot sauce packets.
Ordered off the Taco bell app thinking this never fails me and the order gets made correctly. Yet again this location disappointed with making the wrong food again.
One would think the online orders would be the easiest to make being all you have to do is read the screen..FYI hot Lettuce and tomatoes don't belong on the chicken grilled cheese burrito. Last time I got beef instead of the chicken I asked for. This place is a constant disappointment.
We tried some of their new chicken cantina items and they were all really lacking in chicken, flavor, cheese and whatever else was supposed to be included. I wouldn't order them again unless maybe we were going to eat in.
I've Been to this location a total of 3 times! I don't go because it's a problem every single time. And This will have Been my last. I'm not sure if they don't clean their fryer or don't follow the cooking times but the food has a burnt nasty bitter taste! It's disgusting! And it happened every single time. Tried to give them a couple chances but it endedup being a waste of time and money..
I used the drive thru to order2 Mexican Pizzas. I asked for lots of mild sauce and once given order there was only 5 packets in the bag, I asked for more and the young man gave me 3 more, so I decided to drive around to the door and went in and grabbed a handful. Don't understand why I couldn't get more
The drive thru cashier laughed at me for wanting to take off 2$ cause they charge for onions and red sauce. Even when I said thank you very much at the window she just stared at me and handed the bag. I feel bad for coming here and suggest you avoid this one imo. Food is good tho lol.
Just got my grave yard shift and just wanted a quick bit to eat. I rolled up at about 8:10am granted the business had just opened as it says on there door open at 8am. I tried going through drive through no one answered, I tried going inside after that and by this point it's 8:20 and the doors where locked. I get it being early but there's 2 employee cars in the parking lot and no one to help that's a joke would give this place zero stars if I could.
Guy at the window on 12/27/23 at 2 am was extremely rude and had an attitude. I had ordered through the app and once I arrived he said they didn’t have any nacho fries and said he didn’t know how to go about that. Didn’t offer any replacements. Wasn’t able to guide me through how to cancel my order and said I need to find a way to do it myself and to get out of his order line to stop holding up cars behind me (when there were absolutely no cars in sight and I sat in front of the order screen for a min max). Even after the unnecessary attitude I was given, I still said thank you to him and decided to drive off instead of saying something. I went to Whataburger instead of reordering at Taco Bell and their service was top notch. THANK YOU Whataburger employees!! This isn’t my first time getting bad service at this Taco Bell location so I finally found the need to make a review.
