It was a clean location, and for a fast food taco place, they are good. I don't know why, but lately it's taken longer than it should to get orders out. Even with no line. Customers were directed to order food from the self-serve instead of them willing to take your order. That should be an option for customers only... not the main way to place an order. And it seemed that customers were more of an issue for the staff to deal with than actually guests. I wasn't impressed.
So Google said this Taco Bell was open until 4am. My gf and I went through the drive thru a little after midnight. To be told they're only taking door dash orders and they were on a 30-45 minute wait. So when we decided to just leave, we were then blocked in by a line of cars behind us and someone at the window in front us waiting 45 minutes for a door dash order. I will never go to this Taco Bell again! Mainly because whoever was working the drive thru was probably the rudest person I've ever experienced
Friendly and helpful personnel even though they were short staffed. Took order at counter when items were not on self order kiosk. Great Mexican pizza and black bean Crunchwrap were well made and tasty.
The food we got was spoilt and there was a homeless man sitting inside stinking up the whole place. We came in super hungry to get some food but ended getting stomach sick coz of it. I doubt if I will come back to this one.
Setting: it’s 1 am on a Sunday across the street from every bar in Jax Beach, you know why I’m in line.
I pull up in the drive through and say “hey can I get a steak stack please”
Normally the response is “you want a beef stack upgraded to steak?” I say yes and then carry about my evening.
Tonight’s lovely host said “a what?”
I said “a steak stack please”
She said “what’s that”
I said “you know the beef stack but upgraded to steak?”
She says “you mean a stacker?”
Lady first off, if I lost you at the “er” difference then you are not qualified to be working at Taco Bell.
So I proceed to say “yeah a stacker I’m sorry. Steak please”
She says “that’s a dollar extra”
I know it’s a dollar extra. Just click the button.
So we finally come to an agreement that I would like to order the upcharged steak stacker.
She took the extra dollar with attitude.
AND THEN GAVE ME BEEF.
Lady if I come through that drive through ever again you bet I’m calling it a stack and we will hash this out til my steak comes out medium rare. I want a USDA approved stamp on my bag next time
The lady behind the counter acted like we were public enemy #1 or something. And the cantina tacos are not very good.
I okay gave 2 stars because the cashier was working her butt off. I will never order inside again because the people making the food ignore you and never make your food. I was waiting over 35 minutes! That is crazy for just 4 items. Plus my food was still wrong and I was late back to work!.
Horrible experience 6/4/2022 at 8:54 pm. The manager was extremely rude to the employee at the window as if he was very frustrated with her. And when I got home, I pulled my Mexican pizzas out of the bag and BOTH of them slid out of the containers! I've never had this bad of an experience there!
