Night shift management was very rude to my boyfriend and I. They waited until we were about to pay for our food to tell us the lobby closes at 10 and it was already a few minutes after. When we tried to figure out if they wanted us to leave the lobby at that moment both the man and woman decided to get attitudes with us and wouldn’t even let us speak. Definitely disappointed to say the least as I have always enjoyed going to this Taco Bell.
This Taco Bell has gone down hill fast. Half of the time my burritos aren’t wrapped right and food is falling out of them. There’s no effort put into the food anymore. Quesadilla half cooked and cold. Ordered a Pepsi, they gave me diet. Returned it and was given another Diet Pepsi. Like most places these days, the prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down.
Revised: still bad and taco shells are stale half the time. I guess people don’t take any pride in what they make anymore.
Standard taco bell, our order was ready in a reasonable time and correct. The older gentleman working the drive thru window was not a polite person.
Price on menu is lower than they charge you 6.99 for bowl on outdoor sign. Then charging 7.29 prepare to get TAKEN
Went here to get some nice food at 1:40 am today Saturday and received freshly made burritos. It was made perfectly and we got got an extra strawberry twist for being patient and understanding with the cashier employee who wasn’t cashier trained yet did his best to ring-up our order. Despite the stress, they did their job well and we’re very satisfied.

I will be very honest and say that me and my gf had plenty of time to think of our order! Maybe more than we needed but that did not matter at all here. It was 1:40am, Saturday, and an employee who seemed to be distressed said they didn't get properly trained on cash register. This did not bother me, I instead told them I was perfectly fine and I waited, correcting gently where needed. Its night time, low employees and I have been staffed in customer service before.
As we get our food after paying, the employee was grateful for our patience and understanding, even giving us something extra we did not ask for.
Please remember everyone: Treat others how you wish to be treated. Kindness goes a long way. ???? Also the food was very fresh, hot and delicious! Perfectly made! Thank you~
Friendly, funny, and they haven't messed up an order in months - as far as fast food our local Taco Bell is tops.
So we normally dont have any issues with this taco bell but today we got the hard shell taco pack and we got a taco that barely had anything in it. All the shells tasted stale. I live only 3mins away so there's no way they could've gone stale. Besides the staleness the rest of the tacos were fine.
Update
Would give 0. For the last 6months every time we go we regret it. All the tacos will be broken, very old and/or extremely greasy. We also usually get the cinnamon delights and they decided to put them at the bottom of the bag of 12 tacos and 4 fiesta potatoes. Never going again. Just a waste of money. Take the drive up to Miller lane, it's better.
