This is the worst tacobell in Erie county. Every time we have ordered here our order is wrong and missing items. The taco shells, nachos, flat breads are always stale. The beans are always dried out into weird glops. When we call about missing items they say they put it on a list and to let them know next time we order. A few weeks later we order and no one knows anything about said list. We have never ordered and not had missing items. We keep thinking it's a few things surely it will be better... nope. Even for fast food this particular location is run very poorly. If you have a craving for some taco junk food, try a different location.
Handicapped parking wheelchair access west side doors , short man trap style, online order mobile delivery through app , mobile self serve kiosk ,clean sanitary , hand sanitizer available no other obvious pandemic precautions ,( I think once your on the sidewalk you can technically use the single style front door but you can only get on/ off sidewalk from the rear west side and the east side has the drive thru . Food was fresh hot well prepared I got a chicken bean quesadilla a 5 layer burrito and a couple of dollar menu burritos for a midnight snack .I did not find an active Wi-Fi connection .
Wanted to try the chipotle chicken taco so stop and grab one and a crunchy taco nothing special the chicken taco could of been much better but could definitely be worst lol , service is always A+ at this location
Absolutely humiliating service. 30+ minute wait and they ignored every customization. After charging my for every sauce I added and not refunding for the ones removed, this is a real kick in the teeth. 7 staff members to colossally screw up my order at a snails pace. I'll get a refund in the app and never come back to this location.
Extremely disappointing. Not up to taco Bell standards. Ordered a 7 layer burrito.. barely any of the 7 items were put inside. A guy from management was sitting nearby and I showed him what I had gotten...his response was for me to take back to the counter and he continued to sit there. There was a line of frustrated people waiting for their food already. So not only they can't make the food properly, it's probably from the poor example of the sitting manager. Call me old but a real manager would have gotten off his behind, taken care of my dissatisfaction, but also to help the crew . Date of visit Tuesday June 25, 645 pm.
I’ve gotten the grilled cheese burrito many times before and obviously they’re never consistent, but this is wild. It’s literally all tortilla.
EDITED* just went tonight and i let them know the last time was horrible and they gave me my order for free….i wasn’t even being too much about it i just mentioned there wasn't much on it. I was very taken aback by this and appreciate them doing this for me so I’m changing the review ???? everything was great this time. Thank you!
Only one bite of my crunch wrap supreme had beef on it. Barely anything else. Paid $6 for basically just two taco shells. *Sigh*
Not sure how this place gets 4/5 stars when I wouldn't even giv3 it one! It's turned into broad st ghetto mcdonalds lite! I would not recommend eating at any of these places! The employees were cussing loudly for all to hear so definitely DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! BESIDES, YOUR RISK OF FOOD POISONING IS EXTREMELY HIGH AT THIS STORE. DIRTY MOUTHS SO MOST LIKELY DIRY STORE!
