At first I was a little annoyed when i ordered delivery and a couple of the items we’re missing/not correct. But when I called, the employee I spoke with was so kinda and understanding im not even mad, she offered a free remake as well:) I have never had better customer service at a restaurant.
Every time I come to this Taco Bell the quesadillas come out consistently like this. Tried paying for “extra” chicken this time. Thanks again for the disappointment guys lol

I appreciate the free Taco Tuesday they're offering here. I got a free taco w/o purchase 1 day which was cool ???? ???? Taco Bell in general is way overpriced nowadays. ???? ???? ????????????????I feel like I'm living in Demolition Man the Movie ????????I could get 10 Tacos for less than 1 now in the 90's & I understand inflation but that is astronomical inflation! Why during the pandemic especially didn't they offer .49c/.59c retro taco price on Tuesdays with a limit per person fine, 5 or 10 total per car ???? or person. They would've been a huge hit & made a lot of money & it would've been good press. ????????♀️????
Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. I waited in the drive thru for 57 MINUTES with just 2 cars in front of me and an empty parking lot. I couldn’t back out because there were 2 other cars behind me. When I finally got to the window, the guy apologized and told me they had an influx of DoorDash orders which caused the slowdown. I paid and the kid disappeared. 12 minutes after I paid (and still sitting there), a woman approached the window and asked who I was. I told her I already paid and she said she had no record of my order. I had to dig for the receipt to prove that I had just paid. I finally got my food and left, just to get home and see that they forgot half of my order in the bag. Absolutely disgraceful experience
Today is Taco Tuesday. I hesitantly go to this Taco Bell despite previous bad experiences. The free taco was obviously a free taco because it was smashed in half and cold. Practically all the nachos were soggy and I took the smashed free taco and just added it to the nachos since I couldn't pick it up and eat it. There's a reason why when Chic fil a was open they always had long lines because they actually care about their paying customers. This location obviously could care less. However the service was quick and the drive was very polite.
Go weekly, on 5/19/24- got grilled cheese burrito box, which I've had before. Today, they served the burrito without outer grilled cheese. The chalupa and taco were ice cold and dripping water, like they came out of a refrigerator?? I had went through the drive thru. Ate up to taco and decided I needed to go inside to bring to their attention. A girl that looked to be the manager helped me. She gave no explanation as to why stone cold and prepared that way. I asked that they just redo the taco. After standing at the counter a while, I asked if the taco was ready. She replied they had customers in drive thru. I informed her that I should have been taken care ahead of that. I told her they don't know what they are doing and I would call corporate office. Taco bell at 13710 Beach blvd.
This location is way over priced. At the end of the day, it's fast food. It's not supposed to be great, just a meal to get you through to the next meal. Taco Bells around the country are not as expensive as this location. Three tacos and a drink shouldn't be nearly $15.
Walked in to eat wed May 25 2022 around 4pm for an early dinner. We wanted to try the Mexican pizzas again since they're back. Drive thru wasn't that busy when we were there. Was the only ones in the place at that time. Inside place looked pretty much clean except for a drink left on table and didn't have napkins or straws out since they usually give you them. Which that was fine.
The two ladies who made and took our order there were nice and friendly and made sure we had our sauces. They do have the kiosk option to order as well and are hiring atm. Ordered 2 Mexican pizzas meals $10 something each which us a bit pricey, but worth it for us as an nostalgia thing. Came out to be $23.
Husband exchanged his for soft supreme tacos instead of hard supreme and had a sunrise orange drink looked good.
Everything was made well and was delicious. Our pizzas were cut and had tomatoes on them.
Will def come to this spot again for our tacebell cravings.
