I read all the most recent reviews and they were great so I wanted to check this place out. I’m struggling finding a good place in palm coast. This was my second place since I got here. My last gel manicure was a disaster. I went in with gel on my nails and wanted to redo. The nail tech I had tried to take my old gel but none of it came off so she had to drill it all off. She told me I should either do dip or give my nails a break from gel so I appreciated her input. I decided to just do a regular polish and take a break from the gel. The old gel didn’t all come off so there was remnants of that and she took the drill and essentially tried to remove layers of my natural nail. I also asked her to cut my nails down because one nail broke and she was going to leave my other nails long with one nail short and they would all break since I wasn’t going gel again. The paint job was not great. When I went to the dryer I could see how uneven the painting all was. Someone saw me staring at my nails so my nail tech came back to see if everything was ok. I tried to explain to her that the paint was uneven and all she did was put another layer of top coat on. In the end my nails were not filed great, some where uneven and all were sharp angles and the paint was really off. I’d like to give this place another try but with a different nail tech. Unfortunately with all the drilling on my nails beds I’m done getting my nails done for a long while. I spent tonight refiling my nails and I’ll be going to get nail polish remover so I can get this polish off. What a bummer!
Customer service is superior! Friendly environment and always clean. I’ve been going here for almost 8 years and I love it! If you want quality nails and a nice clean nail spa look no further than Super Nails!
Best service I ever had since I moved to Palm Coast! My nail tech was really helpful, super friendly, and attentive. I’m glad I found someone at Super Nails that did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this nail salon. Nera is a great nail tech.
I went in for a manicure, the wait time wasn’t long at all. When Mariah was doing my manicure she did an excellent job and was very friendly. I would recommend all to stop by super nails and enjoy your experience.
If you’re in the market for a nail saloon, look no further!! Super Nails is awesome!! I’ve tried other saloons and have been very pleased with them. I walk in and the wait time is very minimal. They listen to what I want and take their time. Everyone is very personable and attentive. Yesterday I needed a nail repair and got in immediately and they did not charge me!! This is not the first time they have done this. Check them out. You will not be disappointed!!
Super Nails was recommended to me by a close friend and I've been a patron now for a couple of months. Neera is friendly, courteous and does a wonderful job. Her holiday designs were fun and I received loads of compliments. I make appts and never wait. Upon arrival she takes me right away which I really appreciate. One last thing - during the holidays the shop was festive and beautifully decorated. If you're looking for a nail salon, check out Super Nails. You won't be disappointed.
I love this salon, the whole staff is super friendly! My nail technician Racquelle never disappoints, she does amazing nail art as well!
