I've been here three times. The first two times were great, but this last one was a most unpleasant experience! The woman who did my feet and nails did a horrible job and talked about me in Vietnamese to her co-workers. How do I know? I questioned being charged an extra $5 for removing nail polish. She was rude and extremely unprofessional and went on about just being a worker, etc.
I had my feet and nails done on Friday, 9/24/21 (gel by the way which is not suppose to crack, peel, etc.). By Sunday, two nails were peeling, and today is 10/6/21four are peeling. All I've done with my hands is wash them, so I have not encouraged this horrid peeling! I will never go back to this Salon again! $60 for this?
First time at the Super Nail Spa went really well I've had a lovely tech name Pamela who was very friendly. She did an amazing job made me feel comfortable. I am very picky with my french tip and she knew exactly how I wanted them. Definitely going back to see her again.
Kathy did such a fantastic job on my manicure, pedicure & eyebrow waxing. She took her time and made such everything was done right. I walked away beyond happy with my finished product. Thank you so much! It was worth every penny!
Please do NOT frequent this establishment if you value your health. They will give you foot fungus REAL BAD!
One time I walked in there and I even saw three pregnant roaches. Who knows how many more there are or how many are on the way.
NEVER AGAIN!!! If I could give zero stars I will, if I could sue, I would as well, that’s how terrible this place is. This people totally messed up my eye brows, and I mean TOTALLY MESSED UP. I look foolish with these brows on, and she had the guts to make excuses, no apologies, no nothing. ABSOLUTELY MY WORST EXPERIENCE. I regret coming here!!! Now I have to wait for my brows to grow out so I can fix them, gosh! Why did I come here??? And I have an event to attend.
I love this place so much , cathy and cindy are my favorite but everyone does good work , cathy never fails on my nails i usually always come in with pictures and she copies them to a T. So I actually look forward to see her every 2 weeks ????❤️
I had an amazing experience especially being a first time client. The atmosphere was friendly, there wasn't any waste of my time .I got there at 9:55am for a 10am appointment and was immediately called in.
KATTY was awesome!!! she did my nails,foot and eyebrow ,she was gentle,patient and interactive and as such made me very comfortable. She kept seeking my opinion every step of the way:
( do u like it? she would ask,do you want me to file it more ?) and she kept going.
I will definitely recommend this place and will surely go back again.
I've been here before and yes they are usually "running behind" but i had a set appointment and they made me sit in the pedicure bowl for 45 mins!!
