Walked in carrying a canvas purse/ and was told I wasn’t allowed to have it in the store. All I had in it was my wallet and keys. A woman who was not Black had the same size bag and was allowed to shop. My daughter needed some things but I will not be coming back again.

Went inside the store and asked to try on a wig and was told no because I have Locs in my hair. Don’t recommend. I wear wigs over my Locs sometimes.

The gentleman was so friendly and helped to find the fill in hair extensions. If you’re looking for hair extensions, wigs, toppers, lashes, etc. definitely go to this location in Oceanside.

Got racially profiled for bringing in my purse which two other women brought in . The old man asked me to take my purse into my car and asked to see what was inside. I had been in that store numerous times before and never had a problem. Then he proceeded to take the items out of my hand that I was going to buy. This Store just lost a customer

Today was my first visit to this store. The store was empty of customers except myself, an African-American woman, and the sales clerk. As I browsed, I struck up a conversation with the other lady shopping and we exchanged friendly words. The sales person asked the woman if she needed anything, to which she responded nicely that she was just browsing and would let him know if she needed anything. He looked at her and pointed to the door, told her to get out. I was astounded and confused by his reaction and so was she. She asked him politely why he wanted her to leave. He repeated himself several times, saying Out. Pointing towards the door. She said it was fine and saw her way out. I told the sales person I would never be back. Honestly, this looked like racial profiling. If I were a WOC (Woman Of Color) I would not give this business my money. The behavior of this sales person was clearly a dislike for the WOC vs me who is White. I will be boycotting this business on that principle. Sorry I call it like I see it. Racism. Do not support this business, we don't need this in our community.

The old man is very sweet and helpful every time I’m there with my mom and the prices are way more cheaper than other Beauty supplies! And everything is of amazing quality too!

Everything you need! BIG on the inside appears small on the outside. The owner is very personable & knowledgeable of different techniques & tools. It's organized fairly well, with many options to find whatever you're looking for! Surplus of care products, high end & affordable hair for wigs weaves & braids of all colors & styles. Makeup, nails, nail supplies, contacts, jewelry, lashes, etc to complete your entire look in one place!

Salesperson was friendly and helpful. She assisted me in finding wax and strips and then explained how if I joined the club I was eligible for rewards after spending a specified amount. I joined the club, she typed in my info and I was out the door in record time. My experience was a five but I always wait to see if service continues to be great before giving it 5 stars.
