My Fiancé booked an appointment with David Branch, and my son was sick. When it comes to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment , they were very rude about it. I rescheduled the appointment and then the guy turn around and cancelled it because I missed the appointment. I don’t miss appointment often and I always leave a tip. I would never send my son back to this establishment because of their rudeness. This establishment needs a late policy or something because I called to cancel it. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A LIFE AND PLAN TO CANCEL OR SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENS CAUSE THE BARBERS WILL NOT LET YOU RESCHEDULE!!!!

Update: Change your time google say 8:00am open I'm out here at 8:30 no one is here. But this spot has gotten better over the years. Reasonable price and best shop I've ever been to. They even give the white chalk when giving a line up. From my perspective I would say best shop in DC for sure!!

Me and my son just got the worst hair cut we’ve ever had in our life the line ups we got were so uneven and pushed back beyond repair, my mustache is uneven I don’t know why this guy is even a barber 100% will not be back and would not recommend.

Good Barbers that take care of your hairline

Very unprofessional. The barber that sits by the door always has an attitude & doesn't know how to talk to people. I called at 10:30am & made an appointment for my 1 year old son. The barber didn't even tell me his name. Waste of my time & gas. Never coming here again.

Great barbershop. Each barber is interpersonal with their clients. Ray is my guy, he’s amazing, takes his time and does what you want. He even has different clippers for different pain levels. He’s great.

The barbers are definitely good at their craft however there is no welcoming as far as the greeting goes when a customer makes an entrance into the door especially since one of the signs say walk ins are welcome.

There are times when a walk in may not have a familiar barber that they go see and may require services. There needs to be some type of rotation between the workers depending on whose chair is available to cut at the particular time for each walk in customer when the barber becomes available unless the walk in customer has a recommendation. I am definitely rooting for street cuttz to progress however everyone needs to be in unison.
