I’m a really fussy coffee drinker and today I had the one of the best coffees of my life. Staff were wonderful and it was nice and warm inside unlike other Starbucks I have visited which seem to have air con on all year round. quick, friendly service. Would definitely recommend :)
Am a regular Starbucks customer and I've lost count of how many I've been to nationally.
Unfortunately this one is local to me.
It is by far the WORST Starbucks in every sense. 4 occasions now the food or drinks have either not tasted right or they've got the order wrong.
What makes it worse is the looks and attitude from the staff whenever I've politely pointed out a problem.
I've just bought a tuna panini for my daughter and it was RANK. it's definitely gone off.
We'd already left so I rung them and they said it was still in date. No apology. No "come back and we'll make this right". Just a pause.
I said just letting you know, don't serve that to anyone else. Reply. Okay thanks. That's it, ????
The staff need training BIG TIME
We’ve been here 3 separate occasions and every single time we have disliked the drinks. The hot chocolate tasted nothing like it was supposed to didn’t come with the chocolate cream. Also the caramel frappe tasted like milk and strawberries!
Normally we go to the Dewsbury Starbucks….from no on that’s we’re we will always go because they make their drinks how they should and it tastes soo much better than this one in Batley.
Service is great but drinks are not.
Arrived at 19:00 for a coffee date, I was given my drink in a paper cup even though I told them I was staying in. At 19:30 staff began to put chairs onto the tables and mop, the shop even though it doesn't close until 21:00. The shop was freezing cold atmosphere.. People didn't stay long due to thinking the shop was closing.. Very very disappointing for a Starbucks.
Great Location right next to the Gym! Clean new cafe shop, but barristers need to improved skills as coffee does not taste like it should do. Was a bit disappointed with my drink.
WOW !! I say that as the service is absolutely horrid.
Chai latte was okay but I think someone needs to go in and teach the staff ALL OF THEM, the meaning of Custoner Service and serve with a smile.

I get better service at the local gas station (petrol station ).
Staff were great behind the counter, making the coffee and serving but I wish they would allocate a designated cleaner because all the tables were dirty. Otherwise all ok
Whilst car in for MOT, just down the road, called in for a Pumpkin Spiced Frappucino, absolutely delicious. Had to call in again later for another. Staff friendly and polite.
