This place is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, instruments are always clean, it feels homey. Is it the fanciest looking place, nope. Not a priority for me. They do a great job on my nails and everyone is very friendly. I also truly appreciate how the staff is treated. I have been to other local mail spas where I am disgusted by staff treatment. My favorites are Sony, Lisa and Nuna for nails!

I couldn’t be happier with the full set I got! Lisa did an amazing job and I love the design she came up with using the colors I picked. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!

Star nails is amazing!!! Every time I go I walk out so happy and satisfied. Julie did my nails this time and im absolutely in love!!! Staff is so friendly and does everything they can to give you the best experience. Def check them out

Lisa my nail tech listened to exactly what I wanted and explained for the length I wanted a slightly different shape would look better. I’m glad I listened to her. She also educated me on some nail care so as not to end up with an infection.

Julie did my nails - second acrylic/gel manicure I've had (the first was somewhere else). She was very nice and I really like how they turned out.

Love their service and the effort they put towards each customer. If you're a returning customer, they are very good with remembering your preferences or choices. Lisa is my absolute favourite. She does a fabulous job every single time.

They do great work. I got the spa treatment pedicure and gel polish Mani. Clean and reasonable with the prices. Can't understand a single thing these ladies are saying, but they were very nice.

Covid precautions: no tub liners used for pedis. I watched only one tech wipe down their station while I was there (3hrs). Why it lost a star.

They have a lot of color choices which was nice.

All of their services are add on based. So be prepared to pay a good amount.

They told me they couldn’t match the color of my gel choice to my feet which turned out to be a lie, they apologized okay.

But the nail polish itself does not last long which is frustrating for me which is really why I rated the way I did. It’s covid, all I am doing is using my computer or sitting on my couch, and it hasn’t been a week and my nail polish (gel) is coming off in layers as if the top coat wasn’t applied to the tips to seal my nails well. Application was very thick.

Beware: if you hear the nail techs around you and yours say if they mess up within a week they will fix them. Don’t stay. I came in from out of town so I can’t go back. I paid $65 for nail that didn’t even last me 5 days. When I can get nails that last me 2+ weeks for $45 elsewhere.
