She's been in business for years. Both my daughters have thick hair. She thins their hair and layers it nicely around the face.
The price is just about right.

Sonia is amazing my hair has never been so healthy
I looked high and low for a good hair stylist and could not find one. I was driving down Irving Park and noticed this little hair salon called "SKYLINE HAIR SALON" and the sign said Walkins Welcomed. I went in and ask if someone was available to do my hair, they said yes and asked what I wanted.
I must say this place is beyond amazing. I had not been this happy and satisfied in many years with how beautiful my hair was. Dora did a phenomenal job. I go every week so she can do a fabulous job. Everyone should go get their hair done by Dora or Sonya. They both do an amazing job, they're super fast and they never disappoint.

My experience here was wonderful! I have very curly hair so I’ve been cautious about who I let work on my hair but Sonia was amazing. I wanted partial highlights since my hair has not been dyed before and she did exactly what I was looking for. I could tell that really cared about the health of my curls too because she was not pushing me to add too much color that might damage my hair. Also very reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending to all my friends with curly hair!
