My friend got an absolutely amazinggg fill in and polish job with incredible customer service from Jenny
I was not with the same technician and got a bad, rushed manicure. My station was not kept clean. Nothing on my polish job is the same. I left really unhappy with my time here
I will not return to this salon. I sat after signing up for my fill in for 15 minutes all the while listening to a man on his speaker phone cursing and degrading women all to be told by the lady after 3 girls walked in AFTER I sat there listening to this for 15 mins. They were before me and had been there earlier and just left and come back. Sorry I have personally been told there if you leave we can not hold your spot. I am disappointed because I have been there numerous times and had my nails done there. However, the girl that has done such an amazing job is gone from there now so….
Only been here once, but these are the best nails I've gotten in a long time. Staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They were super busy when I was there but still did a quick yet efficient job. Very pleased and will return
I had a horrible experience at this location. I don't know if it was because I had a gift certificate and they already had their money creating a lack of work ethics, or if they are routinely perform shoddy work while being rude and dismissive to my concerns. I had to look for a copy of the price list for services to avoid being WAY overcharged. I asked for a set of short, polished, round, acrylic nails and a pedicure with polish. If I hadn't been paying attention, I was going to be charged $30 for gel treatment on both hands and feet and $5 extra for asking for rounded shape. My nails were not the same size or shape. I had to try to shape them as best as I could while being rushed because obviously if you are not happy with the service, they aren't going to fix it, and they need to move you on through quickly. Satisfied or not
When getting my pedicure, the water was cold. I googled to see if that was the new normal, but it was just another example of their indifference. I also had to listen to a verbal altercation between employees during my cold pedicure. I was asked to choose a color which I did but then pedicure said they didn't have that color so I chose another but then nail lady comes over with first choice. I suggested changing toenails so I could have my color matching , but no, their mistake but it would have been extra charge. I hope my experience was an isolated incident, but if not, I hope that I can find a salon that can give a relaxing, enjoyable, fun experience with gorgeous nails that make me feel good.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The woman doing my nails would take breaks and get in her phone during the process. Filed my nails WAY too hard, making me bleed several times. Never asked if I was ok, just continued on. I have a deep cut in my left thumb from the nail file. Plus she made a mess with the glue and polish on my finger tips. Would not recommend.
Was a walk in, got a fill and pedi, felt rushed, the lady was so hurried when she used the sander on my nails, it was brand new, nicked my finger and it bled.
Pedicure wasn't anything spectacular, Im use to people who take their time, this was my first time in W.Va, (Im a travel nurse from Fl) this isn't a great start to my experience here, but my friend had a worse time at the nail place in the Ashland Mall, so I cant complain too much.
Also, they have Brazilian wax listed on services but was told they don't do them
