My grandma really needed a mani/pedi so my sister and I took her yesterday to Shiny nails. We got pedicures too. We decided to bring my 4 year old with for her first pedicure. She absolutely loved it. The owner did her nails and he was so friendly and patient with her, even silly. He made us all feel very comfortable. Everyone did a great job. We will be back again!

Always do my nails great and accommodate all my crazy requests. Lisa is always upbeat and goes above and beyond to make sure every one has a great experience the only place ive gotten acrylics for years.

I highly recommend Shiny Nails! Lisa was so sweet and kind and did my nails perfectly! I drove from down by Owatonna since my aunt and I were in the area. I asked if I could get a walk in appointment and they were willing to get me in and get my nails done quickly and correctly. I will for sure be coming back again! This business is well worth the drive.

I honestly think they did a great job! They took their time so I was there for a little longer but my nails look really great. It's just what I wanted and I appreciate them taking the time versus rushing through it like other places I've been to. Good prices too!

Shiny Nails did a terrible job on my acrylic nails. My cuticles were dry. The acrylic was uneven, crooked and my nails had chipping on them right after the were done drying. The Salon Manager was unbelievable rude. The Salon Manager was unprofessional and shows behaviors of racial discrimination towards me just because I'm Asian. She also refused to give me a refund and started complaining to me that it costs too much money for her to run my debit card through as a method of payment. The Salon Manager also lied to my face and falsely accused me of breaking my own nails. Shiny Nails is unsatisfitisfactory, unprofessional, racist and unsanitary. I do NOT recommend going there and there are FAR higher quality Nail Salons in Burnsville.

First time customer 11.7.21 and it was AMAZING, she took her time, made all of my nails match and really made them shine. I did a dip manicure and I will definitely be coming back. Just incredible service and attention to detail.

I have been a customer of Shiny Nails for at least 13 years! I love Lisa she does the best nails in town, the way I like them! I will miss her customer appreciation food this year! She did all the nails for my daughter!s wedding party 12 years ago!
