I was visiting home and decided to stop in to get a pedicure and shellac nails. I used to come here all the time before moving. I love my nails and toes, Kevin and Melanie are always super friendly. Great atmosphere!!

Awesome salon. Friendly, super clean, comfortable chairs the best chairs. They learn their clients and take great care. All in one stop shop. Hair, nails, waxing, and tanning. They make it so comfortable you close your eyes and take a small nap.

I have no idea who the lady is referring to in the negative above. I just returned from getting my hair done at Serenity. What a wonderful experience! Melanie ( yes she's Asian) did a high-light and a cut of my hair. She did a fantastic job, and I've gotten many compliments! While there I even got a Pedicure! I WILL BE a returning customer. I was taken on time, and never had to wait for anything. I was offered many times if I'd like a beverage or water. And I witnessed other customers coming in, and they were taken right away and walked out pleased.

I really don't understand why someone would leave such a negative comment about this establishment and it's staff. Could be the lady that left a negative comment walked in with already jacked up hair and expected someone at Serenity to fix it??? And placed the blame on Melanie?
