Went to this salon a few years ago in high school with my mom, and shortly after one of the employees started doing my hair, she claimed that I had "head lice", stopping mid way through the cut. Not only was it embarrassing, she was also wrong. I've had dandruff along my scalp most of my life until I got my hair cut shorter and switched shampoo and conditioner. Despite this, my mom offered to still pay full price for half done hair, AND SHE TOOK MY MOM'S MONEY. ???? YOU GUYS DISGUST ME. My mom had to finish the hair herself and cut it straight along the ends so it wasn't uneven.
Normally It's just me getting a cut. This time Zoe and Ryan came along. They loved how friendly staff was and that they knew my name.
Karen always done an amazing job. Highly recommend.
Karen did an excellent job on my hair. She was very personable and listen to what I wanted. She took extra time out of her schedule to accommodate me. I highly recommend her. I definitely will be back for touchups and trims.
