Today Julian did my haircut. You could tell he did not have a lot of experience, did not wash my hair or gave me hot towel. Unlike my last haircut with Egwu which went very well and I was very happy with. Both haircuts cost the same. I told them it was my birthday the following week so it’s disappointing to be left with this. Poor experience this time around going to look for another place.

Roosters is the best spot for men’s haircuts in Wellesley without a doubt. If you go, ask for the barber, Ewgu, a highly skilled and very pleasant professional.

I’m leaving 3 stars because my fiancé didn’t receive the correct service I booked for him. I purchased an $80 gift card for Christmas for the gentlemen’s choice shave & haircut which comes with the hot towel etc. I booked my fiancés first appointment there and correctly booked the gentlemen’s choice haircut (the $80 option). When my fiancé returned from his appointment today he informed me he was only charged $60 and didn’t receive the hot towel treatment/facial massage that they sold me on when I purchased the gift card and booked his appointment. This is very disappointing when trying a new place and purchasing a gift because I really wanted him to get the full treatment that our friend raves about. What’s the point of booking a certain service on the app just to receive a different/wrong one? I will say the barber Mikiyas did an incredible job with his hair and beard and that’s the only reason he will return… if they can get the service correct next time.

WOW!!! What a great experience! First off, there is a huge lot of free parking which is great…

Then, I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly smile. The space is big and cool and brand new so everything is spotless and the staff is top moth.

I lucked out with Georgina as my stylist and I have to say it was a delightful experience. She is so good at what she does and I left with a great cut and feeling like a million bucks.

I just wish I had more hair and could’ve stayed longer…lol :-)

Simply the BEST!!!

Mikiyas gave me a great undercut and beard trim. He is the best barber I’ve seen in a long time. For the first time in a while I left really liking how my hair and beard came out.

Sent my little kids here, they were very professional and patient and delivered excellent results. My kids were so excited and had so much fun. The salon itself is really nice, great experience all around

Jennifer is terrific. Very clean, comfortable place. They try hard to make you feel at home.

I came in just trying to get my bad haircut fixed and left with the best haircut I’ve ever had. My barber, Egwu, helped me figure out what I wanted and delivered. Great place!
