Di gran lunga il miglior ristorante di Formentera. Non c’è nessun paragone ne tra qualità, ne prezzo ne gentilezza.
Prodotti ricercati e abbinamenti particolari ti fanno venire voglia di provare ogni singolo piatto sul menu.
Noi abbiamo preso 2 antipasti, 1 piatto principale, un dolce e 2 bottiglie d’acqua per 77€.

La comida es muy importante para mí, por eso cuando me voy de vacaciones siempre como en un restaurante para conocer la cocina local.
Los restaurantes más populares de la isla ofrecen el mismo menú, mientras que aquí podrás participar en un viaje de sabor especial que querrás repetir una y otra vez. Probamos 3 entrantes y 2 platos principales, (adjunto fotos de ellos) es imposible elegir cuál quedó más rico, todas son impresionantes.
Cuando creas que ya no puedes comer más, verás qué postres interesantes puedes elegir y no te los puedes perder. El postre típico de la isla, la grexoneira, es sin duda el mejor aquí. (Ya lo he probado en 6 restaurantes ????)
Ademas el ambiente es muy agradable y los camareros muy atentos.
La sangría estaba tan deliciosa que no tuve tiempo de tomar una foto antes de que se acabara????
Ristorante intimo ed elegante, pochi tavoli in questo patio con al centro un laghetto.
Abbiamo preso come antipasto il carpaccio di pesce misto ed era ottimo , come secondo coda di astice con un sughetto di zafferano la fine del mondo, al piatto scarpetta completa .
Per finire in bellezza un ottimo dolce.

First, the food was incredible! Top ingredients, creative inspiration, expertly prepared. Our compliments to the chef!
But, hands down the worst service we have received at any restaurant in Spain. When we arrived, we walked around for 10 minutes with no greeting. I asked the hotel front desk clerk walking around and he just said yes you are in the restaurant. I walked up to the bar where two men were talking and asked if we check-in here… he curtly replied “Minuto” and kept talking. A couple of minutes later he walked over and just waived us to our table. We luckily got a menu, but no explanation of dishes, which are quite unique in style and portion. Once we ordered the dishes came out nicely but we never saw our waiter again except my wife saw him sitting inside on his phone. We ended up asking the waitress helping another table for the dessert menu which also came out promptly and was delicious. We asked the bus boy for ‘La Cuenta’ which we got and then several minutes later our waiter finally came back with the credit card machine.
I think our experience was exclusive to this waiter, so I’m sharing so the restaurant can improve and diners can be aware to set expectations low for service, but high for the food.
Una cena perfecta
Al llegar nos sorprendió el sitio, muy bonito, tranquilo y elegante. La atención de los camareros fue un 10 durante toda la cena, nos explicaron la carta y nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones.
Cenamos 4 platos y un postre, cantidades muy correctas y producto exquisito, muy bien tratado y con sabores diferentes.
Nos encantó todo!
Absolutamente maravilloso lo mejor de Formentera, tranquilo, bien servido, personal super atentos, la cena buenísima de estilo internacional. Un acierto.
La comida un lujo todo estaba muy bueno . Buen sabor la atención de 10 el personal muy amable y atento volveré encantada . Los camareros Gustavo y Rafa muy amables
