These staff aren't actually unfriendly, I've struck worse doctors/nurses/receptionist at another centre in town. Sometimes the wait times can be longer than expected and once i took a kid for injections and none had arrived but overall they're accommodating and super helpful. Very kind to my children too and I wouldn't change.
Very disappointed with the rude old woman at reception, with the European (I think German) accent. She did not treat my partner with any respect, nor did she seem to care at all about anything but getting paid. She gave wrong information on the phone and then got rude and condescending when we arrived and we realised that the large sum of money was for a consultation that would likely take 10 minutes due to the small issue he was there for. I recommend this place to put literally anyone else at reception.
The worst medical centre ever!
Rude and very unhelpful staff and are always changing..so are the doctor's. They treat you like you are a nuisance but will happily take your money.
You don’t get greeted you get told to “Go over there” .If there wasn’t such a shortage I would have gone elsewhere a long time ago!
Cattle would be treated better.
Always been great to deal with and taken the time and reassurance with any medical decisions.
Used to be 5 stars but after today going in to pay for my bill and dealing with the blonde older lady behind the counter at reception, she was so cold with no empathy at all, ask her if she can check my bill to see if anything else was owed and she goes that is not her job to do that, Been my dr's for many years and to have someone so cold at the front desk is just bad, costed me $30 in gas just to drive into invercargil and to deal with someone like her with a bad attitude isn't worth going in there, This female should not be working out the front dealing with people
Changed to another doctor recently and was really unhappy. Requested a simple task from the doctor, who refused to do it. Just another doctor who sits you down for 5 minutes, doesn't listen and just takes your money and goes onto the next patient. Have changed doctors and will be refusing to pay the rest of the bill. Tip - If you want to loose weight, do not go to an obese doctor.
Really good. Highly recommend all the team there.
