We did a walk in on a Saturday when only two customers were there. The woman was very welcoming to us and got us seated right away. We both got pedicures and I got a manicure. The man who did my manicure was very hasty and rough. He did a dip on my nails and said “they’re going to be round.” Didn’t ask what shape I wanted, just told me what shape they would be. They ended up very uneven in shape, thickness, and smoothness. Also while he was shaping them he sanded my cuticle and made me bleed. Lastly he cut my toenails flat and left sharp corners that get caught on everything like my pants and socks. He did give a good hand and foot massage. The woman who did my friends toenails did a good job.
I was extremely pleased with the welcoming atmosphere in this salon and with the results! I got both manicure and pedicure done and couldn't have liked them more. Besides I love the durability. Best place to go when you need to treat yourself, hands-down.
They did my manicure in 15 minutes, I have product all around my nails and the shapes are not even. They didn’t clean my nails, file, trim, anything. Just put the dip on and I was done. My nails have so much product on them they’re sticking to my skin. This place is awful

Extremely clean, sanitary and used all disposable items with a tub liner, face masks worn and the shield. Perfect!!!
Second time going with this group. I love how the atmosphere is relaxing with a few TVs on with either music videos or afternoon talk shows. They team up (when available) to get you primed and polished in no time. The prices are great and the experience is wonderful. This is my favorite salon!
Maybe instead of rushing 100 more clients in he should of taken his time with me and who ever was already there. I’m coming out in Forbes and Vouge magazine how can I with these nails! Recurring costumer lost. And yes I still paid for this.
This was my 2nd time here, my first experience was pretty good so I went for the 2nd time. They were busy so I asked if I should come later, but they insisted they would be ready for me within 10 minutes so I sat in the pedicure chair, making it so I couldn’t leave.
After a while they sent an older lady - making me think she’d be quite experienced, however that was not the case. She barely scrubbed the calluses from my feet (I only go for cleanup as I don’t do any fancy nail art infact no nail polish either). On top of that, she was not understanding any English except thank you. I had to raise my voice to get another nail technician over to get some help with my translation and what I was looking to get done.
Finally, the girl I had last time came over, making me hopeful, but, she was in such a hurry that she barely soaked my nailed and started ripping my cuticles, and then at the end put a clear nail polish very roughly. I asked her it’s already chipping and she said well it’s regular nail polish that’s why it doesn’t last long. I didn’t argue and paid them with good tip, when she saw my tip right away she wrote her name on the card and said next time you call and ask for me.
Very disappointed with this experience.
