I am definitely a satisfied customer. Angel gives an excellent pedicure service. I am also happy with the work she did on my natural nails. Prior to showing up for the dip powder service, my nails had torn or been chew to the nubs. Angel did a great job with the little bit of nail she had to work with. Will definitely come back.

Terrible experience. Nail techs were not professionally dressed. The tech working on the gal next to me was on her phone on Facetime the ENTIRE time she worked on my neighbor. My tech nicked my toe. I now have an infection and my toe is painful, red, and swollen. The tech never even acknowledged that she hurt me. This place has gone downhill. I have used it before and have never had complaints. I don't recommend and I will not be back. Do better Queen Nails!

Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. I can’t remember my nail techs name but he did an AMAZING job and was very patient with me while helping me find a color I liked (I’m getting married in a week so I was being extra picky) I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

Hygienic, quality & consistent mani pedis w/ excellent customer service! They are typically fully booked... may have to schedule appointments a week in advance. (Note this pic was taken 4 days after a basic gel re-polish, not a full manicure).

Angel did my nails for my wedding, and she did a WONDERFUL job! Exactly like the picture I showed her but BETTER!

You don't shut down for 2 weeks cancel clients appointments without reschedule because we had noway of knowing what day tech would be back. So when we call after waiting 2 weeks and you closed an additional day after memorial day. Then tell ppl yal are boooked yal didn't call back to get canceled client in. And you sure didn't make time to get a person in you know been waiting 2+ weeks for yal reopen for their appointment to resume

Went to do walk-in for pedicure. She said she was waiting on her appointment. Didn't Attempt to schedule me an appointment to have services done at a later time, basically dismissed me. They obviously don't need the business
