This is my all time favorite hair store. During my last visit I was able to find some hair that I could not find anywhere else.

They usually always have what I need, but are rude. I received a receipt with the amount I spent, but it didn’t include what products were purchased. I asked for an updated receipt and the owner acted as if it were a problem. I’ve also witnessed them being rude to adolescent customers .

My wife is constantly mistreated by the staff of this place. Normally she goes elsewhere for her needs and only uses this place as a last resort. They belittle and humiliate her for absolutely no reason. My advice for anyone looking for products is to GO ELSEWHERE.

Customer service is their best quality, making buying from them pleasurable and insightful.

I have been coming here for years and usually have no problems until today. I'm pretty sick and called to ask that some items be put aside so that my father could pick them up for me. Before I could even get any words out, I was cut off and told that they do not give prices over the phone. Once I told him that wasn't my concern but I would hold if he was busy with customers he said no go ahead I'm listening. Told him what I needed then he starts shouting and saying he is busy and hangs up in my face. I called back and he said he didn't have time to help me over the phone and that he doesn't have what I want. Mind you, I've used this place for years. His behavior was so rude, so disrespectful and quite frankly unethical. Very disgusting attitude that he displayed. It's sad that some businesses set up in a location just to get the traffic that comes through but do not truly value the customers. I'm still amazed that I was treated so poorly but bless him anyway because everyone has consequences for their actions.

Called to see if Empire hair was on sell. A Very Rude Man answered the phone. He didn't answer any of my questions. Sort of felt as if I was being fussed at. I asked about a sale price & his response was "Why Does It Matter"...well because I was gonna drive from Jacksonville to LR just for a bundle of hair. But No Sir!! Not with that Horrible Service. I was then rushed off the phone & hung up on!! So ill never shop or recommended this store!!

I’ve been going here for a few years and it never happens to me but they can be very unprofessional and rude. One time I heard them arguing with each other as soon as I walked in and I just turned around and went somewhere else

At first they are really nice. I have been going there for five years. Then one day the store owner's wife got rude with me because I asked for her name. I just wanted to stop saying "hey ma'am" or "excuse me ma'am". Muhhumand and her both got rude with my Mom one day, because she thought something was a wig. And don't ask about prices on the hair. They obviously don't believe in price tags.
