Went for new dip on my nails. I have been to this salon for many years. New staff is terrible. Tech asked what I needed. Told tech I needed dip replaced. Sat me at table 5. Tech cut off my dipped nails super short and argued it was acrylic. Replaced with tips. I asked for round she gave me square. Did not do anything I asked for. I heard my name several times in their conversations and laughing. Rude rude rude!!! Lastly I asked if I could get my eyebrows waxed and that seemed like a problem. Staff is just rude. Pictures below asked for pic number 1 got pic number 2.
I went to Q Nails Salon 1/4/2023 and the service was amazing everyone was so nice and welcoming. Over the weekend I had broken my nail and yesterday I went and got it redone. The girl that did it completely rushed through it and isn't even matching my other nails.
I went in to get a fill the lady told me she couldn’t fill them so i had to get a new set, She cut my natural nails all off without even asking me, they ripped me off and made my nail bleed. I went back today and tried to get them fixed but you can’t really fix bad nails not to mention they couldn’t give me a refund and no where in there does it say NO REFUNDS

I went with my mom and my aunt for a girls day on Saturday. Seated right when we walked in and good customer service but the lady that did my nails cut my finger and she was really aggressive with the tools. My nails are all the same length but the are not shaped correctly, I got coffin shaped nails but some of them look like a square shaped. They are also really lumpy.
I had called them a few days in advance to set up an appointment for my bridesmaids and I first thing Saturday morning. When we got there, we waited for well over 40 minutes to finally get seated. They did a pretty good job on the actual nails, however. Some of mine were crooked, but overall the quality of it was good. I work a lot with my hands and they have lasted me for a while.
Myself and 2 friends made an appointment to get gel manicures. Place was pretty busy but they got us started right away and I noticed they managed to get their walk ins seated and worked on soon after us. Friendly atmosphere and all the manicurists seemed relaxed and happy to be there. Ryan did my nails and he did a wonderful job. Very precise and careful to do good work. I'm always afraid i'll end up with sloppy hurried nails but I couldn't ask for a better result. Only took 45 minutes for the whole appointment for all three of us and we all left pleased with our nails. Excellent color selection also. Total paid $32 for the gel manicure. Will return for sure!
