Dr Stappert hat mir leider kein bisschen Therapiebehandlung angeboten.Er hat mir definitiv zugehört um mich nicht zu verstehen. Keine Empathie .Er ging eher nach sein Gefühl,was völlig fail war.Vermeiden Sie diese Praxis um jeden Preis. Nette

Rezeptionistin

Der Psychiater ging zu 100% auf meinen Bedürfnisse ein und hat mich bestens beraten. Ich kann ihn daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ich fühl mich sehr wohl. Dr Stappert ist ganz lieb, hört zu und erklärt viel, was ich super finde. Er schickt einen auch nicht gleich einfach so in der ersten Stunde mit einem Rezept für Medikamente nach Hause. Er hört sich alles gut an und stellt Nachfragen. Und er spricht offen über mögliche Nebenwirkungen von Medikamenten und gibt so viel Bedenkzeit wie man braucht, er drängt einen zu nichts. Die Rezeptionistinnen sind auch richtig lieb :)

Ein Arzt der zuhört und nicht leichtfertig Medikamente verschreibt ,dabei dennoch auf mich als Patient und meine Bedürfnisse eingeht. Der erste wo ich mich wohlfühle.

Der Mann kickt wie ein Gott.

Dr. Stappert takes his time to listen to me, and then takes the time to answer my questions (I like to understand things). In once such occasion he explained how the brain works in relation to a medication I am taking, he did this to help me understand why one decision might be a better option for me in the long term.

The receptionist is very good. I get the impression they have a lot of experience and I feel confident every time I enter the praxis.

I transferred my care to this praxis after my previous psychiatrist retired and I am very happy.

Dr Stappert told me that he diagnoses on “gut feeling” rather than tests and and that a particular neurodivergence is “just emotional disregulation” - I found him to be unimaginative in the way people might cope with their mental health issues and not eager to help whatsoever. Left feeling worse than I arrived. 1 star can go to the receptionist who is kind and helpful.

This doctor struck me as devoid of empathy and more concerned with outward appearances than with sound treatment. A sterile, try-hard-hipster-aesthetic practice in which he helplessly pages and scribbles in his hipster notebook without actually listening. His own emotions seem to fluctuate between apathy, impatience, and aggression. He didn’t offer a reasonable treatment path to me whatsoever - neither therapy nor medication. Avoid this practice at all costs & sorry to the friendly and helpful receptionists who work there.
