I highly recommend Irene at Professinonal Hair Design! I highly recommend this wonderful Salon with their spectacular expertise, which I noticed from my first contact with them years ago when I spoke with Donna! Their talent and demeanor are absolutely Superior. I had just switched from my previous Hair Salon who I had most of my life and it was hard to find someone to replace her. After several failed attempts with other places I tried inbetween, boy did I luck out finding Irene! Professionals I stared out with in my teens and its fun to come back to the same name or chain decades later. It was because of my incredible conversation with Donna who answered the phone when I first called, that recommended Irene for my specific needs that brought me to try Professional Hair Design. They always had the best talent. It was such a joy because I was so skeptical before I made my first call to this wonderful business, as it is very hard to be with someone you like for years and then have to change. I have thick wavy hair and kept the same style my entire life. Its natural and its the way I like it. So to find someone phenomenal who can still do my cut was such a relief as Irene does such a beautiful job! To everyone at Professional Hair Design, for you to risk your lives during a world wide pandemic to come to work and help bring the public back out so safe and securely, I thank you! I would recommend this place for young kids but if you're picky about your hair I would encourage you to go elsewhere. The staff are kind but I felt that their experience is limited.

I have been going there for four years and my husband as well. Our beautician Laura does an excellent job. Never a problem. Everyone greets you with a smile. If you are in need of a new beautician this is worth a try.

I scheduled my appointment online for last minute hair cut and styling.Everyone were very friendly and professional from front desk to my stylist Nicki who make me look great. She did cut my hair and style it with no rush and meanwhile she pay attention to details. I highly recommend her and the salon.

I went in with blue hair (that i did myself) and not a clue of what i wanted done. Britney is the bomb!! I told her whatever she wanted to do and walked out with the best color/ hair cut i could of asked for!!!! Definitely going back for a touch up!!! 10/10 recommend. And all the ladies looked like they loved doing there job and honestly loved the atmosphere!!!!

I went in with orange hair, and without an appointment. Michelle did wonders for me, and without any judgement on the mess I created on my head. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond and fixing my hair. She is the best!

Krystal is the best. She has been cutting my hair since she first started out. She has also been cutting my son's hair since he was about 10 (he's 21 now). Wouldn't go to anyone else.

Got a great haircut and highlight done. My issue was that I called asking for rates and was told 95+ for highlights. The stylist Laura insisted a layered haircut would look better and show off the highlights more. I should have asked how much it would come to before moving forward. I take responsibility for not asking first. I was also very over due. I completely understand why it cost so much, but my issue is that I was not told that it would be so high. I think if its going to cost $250 dollars they should make sure to tell you so you are aware, I normally do not have that much money set aside for my hair. If I had known the cost ahead of time I would have just gotten the highlights only like I originally planned. I just felt blindsided. She did good work, but I won't be coming back. I take some responsibility for not double checking first but at that price they need to be up front.
