So overall it wasn’t a terrible experience. It was just the pricing that got me. I paid 145$ for my toes and acrylic nails, she spent an hour and a half on my hands ALONE. I was very patient, she was with me aswell given everytime she showed me my nails I didn’t like it and told her to fix it. I feel like they charged me for their mistakes and I refuse to go back because of that. My nails do not look anywhere near 115$ nails. I would have been happy if they were priced regularly but I feel like she took advantage of me and I was in too much of a rush to talk pricing. I regret not saying something now, several of my finger nails don’t have enough coating. There are bubbles in the polish, some of the lines aren’t straight and to begin with I had asked for just the tip v and every time she messed up she extended it more and more. I don’t recommend this place they make up their own prices and try to take the lazy way out. I have heard better things from other workers, but I wish I got the lady’s name that did mine. She took so long and had to ask someone else to do the design, didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. When I got my toes done I kept asking to get a couple toes redone and they acted like they didn’t know what I meant. They do what they want
The customer before me left and the nail tech didn’t clean her station or even changed the paper towels. You can notice pink nail polish on the paper while I am getting black nail polish. For me seemed like she was in a hurry because the filling was super fast and painful on my cuticles. Shape could have been better and a little more cleaned up under the nails of wasn’t for the hurry.
I had dip nail polish,which should be soaked. The tech ripped my dip with some used nail tip, and she continued even after I suggested the soaking. Also before adding a $35 nail polish it should be discussed before the second nail is done. Felt like a little scamming for a min. Not trilled with the service, will not be coming back.
Every time I have gotten my nails done here it’s been extremely busy but the nail techs still took their time and did an incredible time. This place is by far the best salon in the area! Professionail did a great job. Staff very helpful and friendly. I love this place I go every moth cant live without my dipped nails
The pedicure selection is phenomenal I received so many compliments. Great experience at Professionail today for some self-care! They always does an amazing job. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time.
Very satisfied with the results Professionail - Towne Mall brings. The people that did our manicure were nice and made sure they were not hurting us. We just moved to the area and think this is our new go to. Can’t wait to try all the different options of manicures they offer. This nail salon is gorgeous and very modern and clean. The experience is just as AMAZING as the first.
Professionail is supper great. First time being here and first time getting acrylic nails. The man who did my nails took the time to make sure each nail was even and beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional! I don't worry about choosing my manicurist because everyone I come into contact with has done an excellent job.
It was my first time here at Professionail and everyone was so nice when I entered. My new favorite place to get a manicure. Everyone is extremely friendly and takes the time to spoil you. The nail techs always share laughs with us when I visit! My nails get a lot of compliments.

I went once and they were SO rough taking my acrylics off. My nails were still sore a week after. She was very rude when putting on the new set of acrylics as well. I decided to go back thinking it was just the lady.
I went back today.. a guy called me back to his chair. I called before i went to see how much a fill in was.. I was told $45 with Gel polish.
I showed him the picture of the design I wanted and picked out the color. He put the wrong color on the wrong nail and I asked him to fix it.. after rolling his eyes and scoffing, he fixed it. He never asked me what shape I wanted, if I wanted a cut down, never once talked to me. Then proceeded to charge me $65 dollars. a (a full set is $55) I told him when I called, they told me $45, and he told me I needed to pay right then and now or he was calling the police. I paid. and I will never be back.
