The salon is so clean and peaceful. Linda and Ven were so pleasant and hospitable. Prices are affordable and I will be making this my regular nail stop.

I was there over the weekend. I had my worst manicure there. Upon entering the door, I was ask, "What you want?". The whole place stared and I replied "A manicure". Then I was told, "Sit there". At this point I figured let me get it done, they can't mess up a manicure.

They did!!! ????

The woman that handled me, wasn't pleasant to have a clear conversation. She cut my middle finger, I discovered later. She left my nails bare with no top coat. I asked her about the top coat and she pretended to not understand and said I was finished.

At this point I paid and left. I won't be back there.

I've been coming here never had an issue, today I had the young Asian woman I think she's Danny's wife did a terrible job, she slapped the polish on like she was in a race against time or something. Simple toe nail polish and it looks awful like a 4 year old polished them, polish all over my skin and uneven coverage, he said he could fix them for more money. I had to leave there and come to another shop to have them redone, same color same brand, no issue. Will not return. People go to the salon to relax and get pretty, this trip was not relaxing and my nails were not pretty. Ms.Sam on the other hand is amazing, she takes her time and does an excellent job.

Danny did a fantastic fill in on my nails. He knew exactly what I wanted and it looks better than I have had at other salons. He was very pleasant to talk to during the process.

I had an Awesome experience at this location. Danny did an excellent job!! I will be coming back soon!

didn’t give me the design i wanted because they couldn’t do it , nails were bulky

They are really nice but the service isn't great. I went twice and each time I had to redo my nails and the price for a fill was the same as a new set. Really? I won't be going back

I have had problem nails forever but pretty nails is a spectacular salon with expert technicians who changed my life! My nails used to break within a couple days at other salons but these nails last forever! Thank you pretty nails I would refer this salon to everyone!!!
