I lowered my rating just a bit. The place was extremely busy as soon as me and my friend got in yesterday. We were told to wait 10 minutes but we actually waited much much longer because of how busy. Despite the wait time we decided to stay and get our nails done because it was the first time we’ve been here. Truthfully speaking we told the woman working that we were leaving the place right after to check out the plaza for a few other things so we would be in and out as quick as possible. When the nail tech asked us for which service, we did tell her we wanted a fill and my nail woman had told me that if I wanted shorter acrylics I would need to use a new set with dip powder. Not only did she not use a new set of acrylic nails, but she just used my regular nails and charged me the same plus dip powder. I didn’t realize this until after I was checking out because the price was not lowered on my charges. I did feel upset because she did tell me she would include the price of the new nail acrylic plus dip but she charged me higher instead without new nails which I never got. I still gave her a $10 tip because I did not want terrible service there, but I will never go back there. As much as I liked the color on my nails it just hurts that they’re unwilling to be accountable and just lie to you without even creating any rapport with me or my friend as new customers, not to mention when I was getting my service done the woman was rough on my nails asked me a few times if it hurt and was not gentle at all on nail removal, and even asked me if I got burned as I was curing?? And she knew I was hurting… I don’t get my nails done much but when I do it’s a form of self-care I don’t expect much but I don’t think I will be a returning customer here again with my friend.

The massage chairs and foot soak were relaxing and the best part. The salon had a strong chemical smell and could use some air vents. The nail artist cut my finger by accident and it still hurts a little and there is also a language barrier. Other than that, everyone was friendly and I had a somewhat fun experience.

I did it today and the truth is that I didn't like it. I was there for 3 hours and nothing, the acrylic was super badly put on, the truth is that I won't be back anymore

Went one time years ago and decided to give another try. Not worth it even though they’re cheap prices. The lady that shaped my nails barely did they’re so thick and bulky and can’t really tell until you put the polish on. She knew I was having a hard time finding a specific color and didn’t help all she said was make sure you like it because it’s $15 to change it after. A couple days later I got small black bubbles on almost all of them and looked it up and said either due to the polish being too old/thick and think both apply.

Horrible service, went on a Friday morning for a refill. nail tech was in a rush, I was not satisfied but tipped her out of common courtesy. Went back Monday morning before work because the nail polish on two of my nails chipped, nail tech was very rude and told me they were busy to sit and wait for another tech to come in. I had to be at work in an hour and they expected me to sit and wait for them to finish two pedicures so they can fix two chippped nails! Worse service ever! Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

Went here a few years ago and everything was fine until the woman literally ripped my money out of my hand. She couldn't wait two seconds for me to hand it to her. I regret tipping that racist owner. Awful ppl. Literally go anywhere else.

Horrible experience horrible customer service save your money and go else where the shape was so off some nails longer than others and the French tip was so thick and uneven I can’t even look at my nails such a waste of money and my time
