Terrible. Staff gt our sundae order incorrect 3 times via drive through and we left with terrible products. Before we even opened the sundaesour fingers were sticky with chocolate. Because we asked for them to be corrected the staff member slammed them in our faces numerous times, she could have thrown them at us with the amount of aggression she showed. She was very rude and sighing everytime she came to the window. This is all because we requested our order to be corrected and didn't want to take the incorrect order. This is ongoing. I reached out to management via online e process in the past and got nothing back. Typically showing a reflection of management.
The team working at this site have been great. Everything is orderly, instructions are clear, and even when the queues are long they are actively looking for anyone who may need extra assistance to ensure they're being taken care of.
Booked online for my appointment. Arrive at the vaccination center. Had my QR Code ready for the reception person. Not long to wait for my 2nd booster shot. Well done to the team of people there! ????
Staff were organized, compassionate, and friendly. The process was smooth and inspires confidence. These are our championship in the fight against CO-VID
I'm notoriously bad at needles but the nurse put me at ease and it was over in no time.
Queue was short - and it was sunny so that helped. There is a bit of cover but I think it might be difficult on a rainy day.
Admin was easy. Only needed to remember my name and date of birth.
And a nice physically distanced sit down at the end. Was a nice break from the kids.
Really easy for anyone who wants the vaccine.
Staff were fantastic. Very warm and inviting. Nurse was engaging and caring. Thanks for a wonderful day ❤❤❤
26/1/22: Showed up for my booster appt approx 15mins early to see two queues as I approached but was happy to see there were marshalling staff etc. There was a separate queue for mums/dads & kids (forms to be completed) and the other queue for adults. There were many updates from the staff on waiting times.
There were seats available at required distances and I noticed that both queues moved along fairly quickly. I was in the queue only for approx 12mins before being ushered in to provide my name, etc. After a small wait, I was ushered further in, confirmed my details. A quick chat with the nurse, got my booster shot and headed off to the waiting area (15mins) before being allowed to leave.
I had my first two vaccination jabs at this same place so I had no qualms about returning for my booster. All staff were friendly & professional.
Super friendly, kind and gentle - I am terrified of needles but honestly didn't even know that the vaccine had been done. Thank you for being so understanding and kind you all are going a fabulous job ????
