This was my second time at this establishment. The first time a woman did my nails even though my French tip was a bit uneven it wasn't bad. So I decided to go back. This time an older gentlemen did my nails. And I explained to him I wanted them short and the tips round. Well I didn't get what I asked for. My nails are not the same size, uneven, the bed of my nails are bumpy. And now all of my fingers hurt I have never had this happened to me before. And for that I will not be returning to perfect nails. They should change that name.

The service was nice the people there were very kind. I got exactly what i asked for.

Hi I use to go there they don’t clean anything all they do is use the same tools on every one and they made a mess out of my nails all the time. Dirty place. Now I go to. B. B on Stafford Road near family Dollar they wash all the tools they are phenomenal I would never go back to perfect nails on Hope Street beware dirty fungus thank you

Tanya does the best pedicures by far the best!!she takes her time everytime she does not rush her work. Definitely worth the $40. Don't forget to tip my girl she's amazing!

I rate this experience a 1 because when filing my nails, he filed my skin and made me bleed. I moved my hand a few times when things would hurt and he still continued to apply harsh pressure. And also while doing my nails a few fingers started burning.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My nails turned GREEN with fungus after getting dip here ONCE. Do yourself a favor and go to a clean and well kept nail salon. This place is not it.
