My experience was awful. The lady who did my feet was very rough and rushed the luxury pedicure after asking me towards the end. The gel polish on my toes have began to lift after only two days there's a wax that comes with the lux pedicure, well they decided to
Do it within the last 2 mins of me being there . Also the full set; I had to tell them refile my nails and evenly size them. The acrylic is lifting already as well. I absolutely will never come to this place. There was only 3 people including me in while I experienced this awful service
Very disappointed with the service my daughters and I received. Poor quality on nails and feet. Polish looked like a toddler did it. Nails have been falling off one by one. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
During previous visits I've received great service. This last visit left something to desire. I wanted a manicure and pedicure. My nails had gel polish. The lady buffed the polish and left some in place. When I showed her the polish she insisted that it was my finger nail. After realizing her frustration, I simply yielded, paid and will not be returning. I had to go somewhere else and they ensured polish was removed properly.
I used to love this place... Until they started rushing through pedicures, and catching attitudes because you want a certain person to do your nails. The lady who did my nails is rude, and she don't know how to do nails at all. Her husband and daughter are good, but she gets offended when someone asks for him. I just don't care for the service anymore.

Went before Christmas...3 Nails came off the next day zipping my dress! spent almost 50 dollars!!!! Hate to be aggressive so i wont go back! Nice setting and friendly people though but i feel robbed. This is my new set from grantee nails!!
