Had an appointment at 12 pm. Checked in, was seen promptly. Once in the pedi chair, I expected a gel pedicure. The prices are the cost of the paint/base service. Legs are not mentioned on the menu, but apparently they are only included with services that include scrubs? That’s what I gathered, but my tech still put oil and lotion on my unwashed legs. Massage was non-existent.
For the dirtiest part of my experience: see photos. I walked in after eating and going to the bank. My hands were never washed, but after slight buffing, my tech added the polish for dipping into my nails and PROCEEDED TO DIP MY FINGERS! I stopped them immediately after not having my cuticles treated. It was at that time I was informed services only include what you request (e.g. gel polish doesn’t include a manicure, dip nails don’t include a manicure, etc). Never have I had such an unclean experience.
I promptly requested the tech stop and requested a manicure with basic polish. Although my polish started chipping the same day, I refused to pay for premium services with basic/mediocre treatment. Additionally, do you see the state of the station I was seated at!?!
In comparison, no one else had so much clutter around. Additionally, the station had filing dust, nail clippings and dirt/dust everywhere. Their brochure claims to be known for cleanliness and hygienic practices. I experienced none. Not to mention, techs were sharing filing boards between clients without cleaning them. I know because the tech took the filing board (non-metal or glass) that they used on me and used it to file someone else’s nails IMMEDIATELY upon returning to their station.
Never again. The health department should be notified of the hygienic dangers they’re putting their clients at risk of.
Great experience here the girl who helped my daughter even stayed late to finish her nails. Amazing place it doesn't smell bad like other places where the fumes make me nauseous. Bella was really nice to my daughter she did an amazing job on her nails ???? ???? . We will definitely come back the next time.
Ellen did my full set! She did a beautiful job and gave me the best hand painted snowflake I’ve ever had! She did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her.
I HIGHLY recommend Paris Nail Day Spa! This was my second time at the salon and now I will never go anywhere else. They put a lot of effort into making sure your nails are shaped properly and are very gentle during the process. I wanted a fairly difficult design on one of my fingers, and Mark did such a great job! It turned out even better than the reference picture I showed his. Both times I have been here I was given great service and left with my expectations exceeded.
I am so happy with my nails. GREAT experience! I'm not from this area so I just went here because it was the only nail salon with reviews. My experience was great! Highly recommend Paris Nail Day Spa and Mark is very gentle and professional, he could do designs very well! Never had a bad nail day with him✨ My gels last longer than any other salon I've been to
Tried this place out after a bad experience at a different nail salon, the workers were so kind and my nails look great! Great experience. Comfortable, and excellent work. Always a great experience at Paris Nail Day Spa! They all do an amazing job! Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own.
The service at this salon is great and Bella is especially wonderful! She truly listens to what the customer wants and delivers. The salon is also very clean and elegant. The color selection is endless and they can pretty much do anything you ask for.
They were so nice and my pedicures loved every moment. My 1st time here and great prices, did my pedicures exactly how I wanted. Had a great 1st experience at Paris Nail Day Spa and Kim were excellent at pedicures. She have great attention to detail and overall did an incredible job My pedicures look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once.
