This is special restaurant for Pancake based Pizza. We ate there two times now, they are always busy. The first experience was good. Secon time We ordered Pizza, the Pizza for me was not good as it had more water.
Hidden gem!! Pictured are the prosciutto pizza pancake & the half and half - blueberry and cheese. Beautiful little pancakes house on a sunny warm square, good staff!
Gluten-free gem!
Pancakes are a great example of the traditional kitchen of the Low Countries. They’re not eaten at breakfast, but rather make for a great lunch or dinner. Pannekoekenbakkerij Maaseik offers a great selection of sweet and savoury options. They can all be ordered gluten-free!

Very big choice possibilities and delicious food, one pancake in size of pizza fills You up very fast
Not what I was expecting. While they have their selection of sweet recipes (I returned another day to consume the Apple Strudel) the Pannekoekenbakkery also has a large selection of pancakes that incorporate whole breakfast meals. I enjoyed the Farmhouse meal that consisted of peppers, bacon and paprika among other flavors. I'll be trying to create similar meals when I return home. Worth a visit if you find yourself in the neighborhood.
20 min waiting and nobody came to take the order.... can do better.
The pancake is good but it's kind of salty.
It is the best pancake place I ever was, I was living in Maaseik for about 6 months and every week I came back here. The menu is huge but there was not even one dish that I did not like. I recommend to everyone and everybody to come there if you want a great meal.
