I liked the way they did my hair. They do wash your hair when you come in. Its just that the man who washed my hair i told him I didnt want a deep condition and he gave me one anyway. The other thing is that the prices are higher than other places in my experience. I recieved a straightening on my natural hair with curls (silk blow out style).

I went on a Monday morning to get my hair done & the service was quick. I walked in and was immediately taken to get my hair done. The stylists are very friendly. I got a deep condition and trim and my stylist did a great job! I don't know his name but I'm natural & he straightened my hair very well. My hair was very soft & shiny. I'll definitely come back to this place.

I desperately needed a last minute hairdo & cut & this shop hooked me up!!!! As soon as I walked in I was able to get service. I got my hair washed, which felt like perfection. I got the blow out of a lifetime, she straightened all my kinks & could out. I also got an amazing hair cut! I showed her (I forgot her name & misplaced the card she gave me) a picture & she executed it perfectly. I walked out without a single complain and that never happens to me when I leave a salon. I would totally recommend this place! Their quality of work is wonderful.

I have gone to this shop before and Enas or whatever her name is, I liked my hair, so I prepaid her for 2 visits. She gave me a card confirming what I paid for. I was in an accident, and couldn't walk, so once I was healed I bought the card to her, to get my hair done, she told me it expired., and I only had a certain amount of time to come back to get hair done, that I had already prepaid her for. But you didn't tell me that when I gave you my $125, that it had an expiration date. I explained to her that I was in an accident and couldn't come get my hair done. She didn't care. One day I came in and she wasn't there, and the guy that is in the front of the shop did my hair, sorry but he is the only one I will let do my hair, he knows how to do some hair, besides he does a much better job than her anyway, and he's much more professional. We leave reviews for her, and she doesn't care. All she says is thanks. $125 is what she gained of my hard earned money. Yes that happened a year or so ago, it was because she didn't want to do my hair, and not get paid at the time, when I had already prepaid her $125. I will walk into her shop and not even speak to her. She has a very big ego, and all she care about is making the money. I try to go on days she not there, I wish the guy , whatever his name is open his own shop, he's a much much better stylist than her. The shop got 3 stars because of the guy stylist, NOT ENAS. He deserves 5 stars, but because of her, it only get 3, she deserves 0 stars because of her lack of professionalism.

They will have your hair looking AMAZING! Outstanding service! Enas and Fatima were great! Enas is a brilliant stylist who knows exactly what you need for your specific haircare situation. Fatima prepped me and was amazing! I was in and out in an hour! Prices are market value. True professionals making haircare look easy! Parking in Hyde Park can be tricky but you can always find something. They know how to do hair!
