Horrible. The male tech did not know what he was doing. He aired the hot towel out so long it was cold as he put it around my legs and then left it on for 10 minutes until I asked him to remove the towels. The paint job was also horrendous. I was over the experience so I canceled my mom and my manicure paid for the pedicure and left. Picture is how I left.
One of the worse nail salons I’ve been to. The grumpy man who did my nails did a horrendous job. I needed a last min Acyrlic fill and almost every nail was crooked that he did. What’s worse than that was he had a nasty paper towel under my hands. This paper towel had stains on it and looked like he hadn’t changed it in months. He was grunting every time I asked him to fix a crooked nail. I’m not one to write reviews, but this place was pretty bad. The next day one of my nails literally chipped in half. I went back the same day and they charged me $5 to have it fixed, knowing it wasn’t my fault. The next day after that another nails chipped in half. I couldn’t believe it and vowed never to go back. Shame on the employees there for the way they treat clients. Do yourself a favour and find another place to go. This place should be shut down for their uncleanliness. If I could give less than a one star, I would have.
Not even a week after getting my full set all of my nails began to lift. I called to complain and they offered to fix my nails. Just to let the same tech do them again. When he was done they were lumpy and began to lift again after a couple of days. I finally took them off and found that I have fungus on 3 of my fingernails. NEVER AGAIN!!
Outstanding customer service. Very modern and clean. By far the best Nail Salon in Dayton, Ohio. They don't push products that you do not need. Prices are very reasonable.

I have tried this business for 2 pedicures in the past year. Both times the nail techs (two different ones) were so rough with me. One nail tech rushed so fast, didn't file all nails, forgot hot towels and I had to clean up polish on skin once I got home. Don't waste your time or money!
I have always used Nouveau Nails when I decide to get a Mani/Pedi (which is not often) and typically have been very pleased with my outcome. Yesterday the gentleman who did my service was horrible. He caused my big toe to bleed and when putting the warm towels on my legs just draped the towels instead of wrapping the legs. He was rough and never spoke to me. When it was time for my manicure he did not attempt to shape the nails until I mentioned what a terrible job he was doing and another staff member came over and gave him some suggestions. I will try them again and see if I can get an appointment with one of the two ladies who are always there.
