I went here the week before Christmas. I asked for all over dark brown hair color with Carmel highlights. I was not shown any color samples before she mixed the color. I got 1 shade darker then my natural color and bleached blond highlights. My hair was FRIED and it looked awful. KIM did my hair. Asked her about the awful blood highlights and she then tells me she only has ONE color blind high light. I had to go to Findlay..wait 3 hours and pay another $65 dollars to have my hair repaired. charged me $75 for ruining my hair! The place was very low class. Her combs were stained and broken. She was on the phone most of the time. SO SORRY I EVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE PLACE!! I cried at how damaged my hair was when she finished. I just want others to beware.

Julia is hands down the best nail tech I've ever had work on my nails. Her artwork is always gorgeous and the nails are perfect

The workers here are the most friendly and down to earth people I have ever met! I moved to Forest almost two years ago and this place caught me by surprise. I honestly felt like I was at home. They not only do a great job with hair but you can not find better prices any where! I want to add they are very honest. If for some reason you're not happy please let them know because they will fix it immediately with no questions asked. Regardless how good any place is where you find humans you'll find mistakes but they are few and far between here and finding someone to say anything bad about them is mission impossible. An amazing place with amazing and talented workers!

I go to get my nails done by Julia.She is great!! I am never disappointed with my nails she does a excellent job!! She is very reasonable on her prices n my nails look great.They never come off or lift enless i get to ruff on my nails n i cause it to lift but i never have issues with them coming off n if i have one lift all i have to do is let her know n she fixes it.check out her fb page on the great nails she does n make u a appointment a.s.a.p cause u definitely wont be disappointed!!

Heather destroyed my entire head if hair on a perm. When I asked what could be done to fix it she told me. " Shave my head."

Tried to call several times and never get an answer.. no refund, not even offer trim to try to help.. just,"shave your head." So rude, so unprofessional...so disappointed and disrespected. Cannot give it no stars. Or negative stars
