I’ve been here a handful of times and have had decent experiences. They accommodated a longer pedicure for me last time I came in. They just don’t do designs or anything complicated here so if that’s what you’re looking for you’ll have to find somewhere else. If you want a plain or ombré powder dip or gel manicures they are a great place. They have endless colors so the selection is there. Every time I’ve asked for a design they can’t do it. If you do come here I’d recommend Julie. If you have Angie, I think she is still learning to do coffin or square. I like my corners really sharp and she struggled with that a bit and made all my cuticles hurt. They really are super nice people, I just prefer more complicated designs.
Beyond satisfied! I have been looking for a salon that will take real good care of my nails and I finally found it. They are well trained and really know what they're doing. They are wonderful at customer service, made me feel very welcome and pampered. I even received a complimentary back rub! CT needs more salons like this one. Wonderful, wonderful job! I am looking forward to trying out a pedicure next time ☺
I have been a regular (every 2-3 weeks) customer at New Paris Nails over the past 2 years. I drive about 40 minutes from where I live to get to the salon because they are the best.
Yoon usually does my nails, but on different occasions, I have had appointments with Julie, Sophie & John. Every one of them is fantastic.
They all greet EVERY customer with big welcomes by name and there is always a chorus of “Goodbye” when anybody leaves the salon.
The salon is always very clean, service is fantastic, prices are very reasonable and the selections of color options in all types (standard polish, gel, powder dip) is extensive. If you cannot find a color here, you won’t find it anywhere.
I cannot say enough good things about New Paris Nails and the people who work there. I look forward to my visits there!
I found New Paris Nails on Google, and I have been going ever since. The salon is clean, the color selection is plentiful, and the staff all greet you by name, and are all friendly.
I have been coming here for over six years now. I have had several technicians for different services but getting the dip powder with Julie is amazing. They take such care of you and maintain attention to detail. I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Clean, welcoming, attentive! I even moved farther away and it is absolutely worth the hour drive. This nail salon is the best around.
Seriously impressed by this salon. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The owner came in after I did and went out of his way to introduce himself. The salon was clean, and my nails look so beautiful. I will be back!
Amazing! Best pedicure of my life! The spa pedicures are perfection. I always feel like I can conquer the world after. They are so professional, clean, and have the best customer service. They always call you by your name. I always bring my friends here for a girls' day out. I hope to try the dip manicure next time I come!
