Oh my gosh this place is amazing! I called because I had royally screwed up my own hair ( don’t bleach your own hair kids) and Tiffany took on my hot mess head of hair like a champ. She did SUCH an amazing job and was so great with being honest of where we could get my hair from the train wreck it was. I was so glad that she was open and honest about expectations and that the perfect result often takes a few visits. I am so thankful that my hair looks absolutely beautiful and that I don’t have to wear hats everywhere now ???? 10/10 recommend!
Love this place. Great cuts every time. It's a little hard to reach via phone due to how busy they are, but it is easy to get appointments if you don't mind dropping by.
I love this place the ladies are so nice and they know what they're doing and they do work with you if you want something different. They are very knowledgeable and they are so friendly it's awesome it's like having a friend and sitting there having a conversation. I recommend them highly recommend them
See before and after! Christi does an excellent job on my hair. I don’t normally go back to any one hair stylist, but I will be a repeat client of Christi’s from now on. She does great work at an affordable rate and is friendly and personable, while being able to tactfully make suggestions regarding my hair. For example: I asked her opinion on hair color and she was able to help me pick a color that I liked and would look good.
Cassie Ferguson is amazing! Love her creativity! Both myself and college age daughter both have seen her for years.
I love New Image! Cassie is fantastic and always does such a great job on my cut and color! She is patient when I change my mind last minute and I can trust her with my hair knowing I will always leave looking great! Sometimes I just let her decide even and she just nails it every time! Whoever left a 1 star review is off their rocker. I've been going here for a few years now and will never go anywhere else! Cassie goes above and beyond to make me feel like a valued client. I highly recommend New Image... You won't be disappointed!
The shop is nicely decorated and comfortable. However, I have a very easy, basic hairstyle. I have now been there 4 times using 3 different stylists and the layers on one side of my head are completely different from the other side. I have seen the stylists cut cute, complicated styles that look great. I guess they can't do basic.
I also do not appreciate the person cutting my hair to gossip about people and pay no attention to my hair. I was there one time with a stylist who was supposed to be fixing the very noticeable mistake she made and when she "fixed" it I could still see the problem. I asked is cutting some off the back would help and was just told "no, you are done".
I will not go back.
Candace does such an amazing job! The color always come out perfect and she is the only one I trust to cut and thin out my hair. Tiffany and Cassie have cut my son's hair and he has not ever been disappointed. Clean atmosphere and the ladies are always presentable. All the ladies take pride in their appearance and can be trusted with the appearance you want to attain. Amazing personalities and enjoyable conversation.
