Quick Facts About Nellis Barbershop

Nellis Barbershop seems to have a number of strengths based on the comments. One of the most commonly mentioned strengths is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Multiple comments mention the owner and his son going above and beyond to satisfy customers, providing exceptional hospitality. This creates a positive and comfortable experience for visitors.
Another strength mentioned is the quality of the haircuts. Customers consistently praise the fades and line ups, stating that they are always on point. The barbers demonstrate great attention to detail and precision in their scissor work. This attention to detail leaves customers looking and feeling fresh, which leads to high satisfaction levels.
Nellis Barbershop also receives positive feedback for their pricing. One commenter mentions that they cater to military personnel, offering a discounted price. Others mention that even the regular pricing is lower than most other barbershops they have visited. The affordable pricing makes Nellis Barbershop an attractive option for those looking for quality haircuts at a reasonable cost.
Additionally, the barbershop receives praise for its friendly staff. Multiple comments mention the friendly ladies who work at Nellis Barbershop. Customers feel welcomed and comfortable during their visit, which enhances their overall experience.
However, it's important to note that there are also some weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One customer stated that they did not end up going to the barbershop, but when they called for an appointment, the person who answered the phone was polite and accommodating. This suggests that there may be an issue with honoring appointments or providing accurate information to customers.
Another weakness mentioned is the language barrier. One customer mentions that they found it difficult to communicate with the barbers due to the language barrier. This resulted in multiple instances of their hair being messed up. This highlights a potential issue with communication and customer satisfaction for those who do not speak the same language as the barbers.
In one comment, a customer had a negative experience with their appointment. They arrived promptly but were not acknowledged or asked about their appointment by the barber they had scheduled with. This lack of professionalism and reliable appointment system was a significant factor in their decision not to return and find a different barbershop.
Overall, Nellis Barbershop has strengths in terms of customer service, welcoming atmosphere, affordable pricing, and quality haircuts. However, they face challenges with communication due to a language barrier and inconsistency with appointments. Improving in these areas could further enhance the customer experience at Nellis Barbershop.

Best KBFKR Reviews

Most welcoming barber shop, the owner and his son are awesome people they will go above and beyond to satisfy the guest and believe me when I say, its good knowing your hair is in good hands when it comes to your cut not to mention the staff follows through as well when it comes to the hospitality. The fades and line ups are 100 percent on point The scissor work and attention to detail always leaves me looking and feeling fresh You will not be disappointed.
The barber shop worked on me did such an awesome job and beyond his call of duty. I explained to him I my head completely shaved and he did that all the way. He also trimmed my eyebrows and nose hair without being asked to do that. I gave him a very substantial tip and told him he did a great job and also I want to see him later. He gave me his business card and told me to make an appointment. Great job so very well done.
We didn't end up going here but when I did call to ask about an appointment whomever answered the phone was very polite, and said to come on in that I didn't need an appointment. Will definitely take my son here for his next haircut!!!
Very nice place and friendly ladies who work there. Walked in and got my haircut with no issues. They cater to military folks on price which is awesome. But even a result haircut is less expensive than most places I've been to. $14.25 for a regular haircut (non military). Some places I've been to charge much more.
EDITED 15 Aug 18 - these ladies are awesome and now they're handing customers a free raffle ticket for a comedy magic show on the strip. Still the best price I've found!
It seems like most of the hype in this place is around the oriental ladies that use to work here.I got my hair cut by a young latino girl that goes by "V" and I think I am being a little generous on 3 stars but the quality of the hair cuts was worth 13 dollars that is now 20 dollars, soo I guess.
The customer service was great and the customers in there at the time looked like they were shaping up nicely mid cut. " V " did a real great fade on an older gentlemen before me, but when I say," I lost my confidence next day." Bro my confidence was murdered, the next day. I didn't get to see the hair cut at all until the end AFTER a heavy hair product was applied. She didn't show me the back or anything. If you are HOLLYWOOD. I do not recommend for the caliber of this city.
Language barrier was tricky, but managed. However the experience was not as advertised- if you’re going to post policies and prices, I suggest you honor them.
Not likely to return.
I’ve come to this barber shop multiple times, and each time I’ve been incredibly satisfied with the results. The barbers are fantastic, and their skills aren’t in question, what is in question is the customer service.
I made an appointment yesterday (Saturday Nov. 28th) for today (Sunday Nov. 29) at 1 pm. When I arrived at 12:55 I sat down and waited for 1 pm. There were already two customers sitting for their cuts so I wasn’t too worried about being greeted and asked what I was there for. 1 pm rolled around and the barber I had scheduled with didn’t come to the front. “Ok, maybe he’s just running a little late with another client.” No big deal, I’ve waited longer for other things. 1:05, still nothing. 1:10, not a word from anyone. At 1:15 pm I walked out.
After being there for my appointment and to not at least be asked if I was there for one in the first place is rather unprofessional from a customer service standpoint, and is the main factor in my decision to not come back, and to find a new barbershop with a more reliable appointment system.
I have gone here 3 times for a simple fade. However the language barrier is too hard to surpass and they always end up messing my hair up. I do not recommend this place.
