There's A Reason Appointments Are Preferred!

I've been here 2x now, treated myself to my 1st pedi (and the pinkie toe came out to play, yay!). Can we talk about those massage chairs???????#swoon!! Wonderful touch for a beautiful half hour plus pedi, so play w all the controls for your taste. Right after, a hot towel is draped over my feet/ankles/lower legs? Definitely a sweet touch.????

The facilities are clean, tidy, immaculate, and professional. Operations run smoothly w a sign-in book newly entering, there's homey Oriental touches about the place (the palm trees and Buddha statue is lovely), and the water dispenser gives true hot/cold water.

My mani also came w a surprise shoulder massager, a cherry on top touch for the price. All that said, I give 4 stars bc I can do w/o gloves on for a foot massage when your immune system is designed to heal, and skin on skin contact is okay w me. IOW, this should be a case-per bases with the gloves, etc., and I can do without the plastic partitions btwn manicurist & myself (loses a personal touch). Also, I wanted more paint on my nails (I have a glitter finish), but they didn't. Next time I'll ask for extra; I adore the holo look).....but overall, the business is fantastic, superb place for exquisitely finished nails and a free massage will never go out of style.????????????????????????

(EDITED TO AD: these glitter and blue nails are done this Saturday past, so if they look "lived in" a little, that's why. ????)

I seen Lisa and Marie.. both so very nice. I get the nail dip and where I was going it made my nails so thick and I always hated that, but thought that's the way it was, but here they arent like that! So much better! The price wasn't bad either! Oh! And a little bonus while you have your hands under the lights they give you a nice little neck and shoulder massage and then when your nails are dry they massage your hands a little was very nice. Definitely will be going there for now on????

These people were soooo rude to me as soon as i walked in until i walked out....when i first got there they didnt greet me at all instead I got bum rushed into what i was basically doing there..i stated i wanted a fullset...she immediately said "It'll be a 30 MIN WAIT"..there were only 3 people in there and one was at the dryer...everyone in there looked at me like i stepped onto mars without my passport...i felt sooo uncomfortable......i felt like i did something wrong...how is that ???? Why is that???...i dont EVER want to feel that again...so a couple came in and they get greeted with a genuine smile gave her a color pallet and everything...took her right in ????....appointment or NOT I STILL SHOULD NOT OF BEEN MADE TO FEEL LIKE I DIDNT BELONG!!!!!..AND while i was leaving out the door the one tech said something and both customers that were getting their nails done looked up at me...it took so much for me NOT to address them (Nails only techs)...sooo this is my addressing them ???? So THANK YOU FROM ME AND MY NEW NAIL TECH @NAIL PLACE ON LITITZ PK ????????????????????????????

I visited this salon based on the recommendation of a woman who had beautiful nails. Lin did an amazing job on my Valentine's Day set! It was a little out of her comfort zone, but she agreed to try, and she did a fantastic job. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend this location for a great mani or pedi.

New to the area and so happy to find this shop! Lisa really took her time to give me a beautiful manicure. The shoulder massage was a wonderful extra surprise. Looking forward to going back for a pedicure and becoming a regular!

I got the dip manicure. The color wasn't exactly what I had picked out and neither was my niece's. They were very friendly but they don't pamper your hands like the place I usually go. No pushing back or cutting down cuticles and no hand massage - just a very short shoulder massage, which seemed odd. The dip lasted a long time and they did a good job on that.

went here for the first time today and was blown away by the time and care that went into a much needed pedicure and full set!! will definitely return! highly recommend!
