Sl I called yesterday to see if they could take me when I got off of work or today at 9:00 the lady on the phone said just make an appointment for 9:30 I said ok I got their at 9:34 she never showed up I just ended up leaving because come on I will never come her again that was so unprofessional

I went there for the first time almost two weeks because I was looking for a new nail tech. After looking for someone for over two days, I decided to to contact Kelsy. Mind you, she was a few days shy of returning from maternity leave. When I texted her, she took me immediately. When I arrived at her establishment, she took me on time with no wait. She gave me the best service. Nails are beautiful. I will always be a client of hers.

ThIs place is great. I've been here a couple of times and I've had really good experiences. The salon is well-decorated and incredibly clean. Tanya is awesome. She's super cool and did a great job doing an emergency nail fix and removing my acrylics at a later time. I went for the pedi special on a Monday and she made my feet look and feel fabulous. Kelsy is very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

I was a regular customer. I made an appointment on three occasions, in person, not over the phone. None of the times were appointments kept, i even sent a reminder the night before, as if it was my job. No follow up or nothing. The regular nail polishes are all dried up, so the only option is to pay extra for gel, even though I prefer regular polish because it is easier to take off. On two occasions too many layers were applied, because the nail polish was diluted because it was going bad, and would not dry. When it smeared and I returned to get the toe redone Kelsy told me I am not supposed to wear shoes for 24 hours! I will never come back to this place again. The only reason I gave one star is because I could not post my review with 0 stars.

Awesome experience! Went today (Monday) at around 11 am. I went because I saw they had the $18 full pedi on mondays. Walked in and immediately picked out my color and sat down. I didn't catch the womans name who did my pedicure but she was great! She took her time and made sure everything was right before she moved on to the next step. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks for the great experience!

This place is trash. The area is sketchy. No one greets you when you walk in. Family members of the owner standing around and over Customers having conversations while they’re being serviced. Kelsey doesn’t show up for appointments EVER. She’s left me hanging twice without a text or call. No nothing. They definitely don’t know how to run a business. I wouldn’t go back here if the service was free. Take ur hard earned money where it’s appreciated.
