I had a great experience today getting my hair done with Jalpa. She did an incredible job, highly professional. I called around 4:45 pm and she accommodated me for the same day appointment on a Saturday. Did my color according to my complexion and needs also gave me a layered hair cut which is very difficult to find in the US. I highly recommend, my family also loved it.
I Just got my hair colored ( highlights) and hydra facial done from Jalpa. She did an outstanding job. She was nice and knows what she is doing. She invested her time knowing what I really want and she did throw her recommendations as well.I highly recommend getting the highlights done from her.
I came from Canada to visit Chicago I had such a wonderful experience with Jalpa today. I did full hair colour with highlights and keratin treatment: Jalpa made sure the hair color and the haircut suited my needs. This is a very professional and well organized place. I alway go here for my hair and facial services. Jalpa is the wonderful person there. I am a fan of her customer service. She is so friendly and professional. She is very flexible with your schedule and even willing to work on her day off. I truly appreciate her kindness. She does best facial massage and extremely knowledgeable about hair types and recommended best hair color for your skin tone. Thank you Jalpa for great customer service all the time. ????
Naila salon is a professional, clean place with great pricing and friendly staff. I have seen Jalpa a few times for waxing appointments, she's confident and takes her time very important. Scheduling is easy and reminders are sent out, so helpful! I love having a good local place I'm comfortable at.
The place is very convenient and affordable. Easy to make next day appointment. I usually get Brazilian. I always feel that not all hairs have been removed after procedure, but it doesn’t bother me much. Otherwise the stuff is very nice. I recommend.
It was my first time coming here, and I had no words to explain how amazing this place was. I was greeted right as I walked in, I told them I had an appointment for hair color, and they sat me down right away. The hair dresser Jalpa was truly wonderful! She knew what she was doing and loved the treatment I got from her and the whole staff. I highly recommend coming here! They offer other beauty benefits as well.
