Honestly I’ll say I liked how they pampered me & looked past the pricing, but I’ll never go back because I just got these done yesterday for Valentine’s Day and they are chipping a day later. Haven’t done anything extraneous, so not understanding. I wouldn’t waste my money honestly.
I can longer recommend this place. I use to come here every 3 weeks for 5+ years and they always did great work. I'm not sure what has changed but the quality and service were so bad that I suggest people stay away.
I went in Saturday for a soak off and a gel manicure. I needed my nails done for a funeral and I wasn't able to get into my normal nail tech because she is 2 hours away.
First they did not know anything about Gel-X extensions so I had to explain how to soak them off. They proceed to try to pry the Gel-X polish off my nails after I insisted that they did not do it. After they cut me trying to remove the the gel-X with nail tip they finally agreed to soak everything off.
During the manicure they proceeded to cause me to bleed in 2 other places as well. The gel polish they used was clumpy and they made no attempt to smooth out the polish. They also left a significant gap at the bottom of my nails that was so noticeable people asked me the same day of my service when I was going to get my nails redone because of the grow out.
They charged me $32 for a pedicure which I agreed to, but I had no idea a FILL IN was going to be $70. Ridiculous prices, i’ve never paid that at my normal salon and I won’t be going here around. I also had to be there 2.5 hours bc they did my nails and toes separate.
I got my nails done and they were beautiful snowflakes for Christmas. I love how they took care of me!
When I first came here, it was not bad at all. The lady, Van helped me and in the very beginning she was so kind and I honestly really liked her. I payed about $45 for my set and they were very basic, no patterns and I was not super happy about the price but I asked before hand and was fine with it. I had some issues with some of my nails looking different and some were just not shaped evenly. I came back the next day and told the lady named Van the issues I had with my nails, thinking she was going to be super nice and understanding like she was the first time. Then after I brought up the word "refund" it was like she wanted nothing to do with me. I was very kind the entire time and did not say or do anything rude then I politely asked if she could redo my nails. I hated the way they were done and honestly thought she would have been more understanding. She told me I was acting fussy or something and I told her that I spent a good amount of money on these nails and I just wanted them to be worth what I paid. I honestly felt super bad for even occupying her time when I could tell she seemed stress and busy. She proceeded to do my nails harshly and did them so quickly, they looked even worse than before. I did not want to intrude after that so I just left with my nails looking really bad and honestly I was very upset that day. I am NEVER going back there again. I truly wish them the best but this is just my experience and I honestly am just going to stick to doing my nails myself. Who ever gets there nails done here, I hope you like them and I hope you never had to go through what I did and I truly hope these people can understand where we as customers are coming from when we pay an abundant amount of money and just want what we paid for. PURE SCAM.. Came here to get a regular short fullset that is usually $30. when it came time to pay they changed to $50! Verify the price before you get any service done here. now you tell me if the length and no design of these acrylic is worth $50
Those poor women who had to contend with the calloused heels of my feet deserve a medal and possibly psychological therapy. They're wonderful and the care they give to their customers is top notch.
I posted some pictures of my dark green nails that they did. Awful job! They were uneven and you could see the filing marks all over. They left over some of the nail polish I had before all over my nails. They take no care in what they do. They asked for the tip BEFORE they were finished which didn’t make sense... they charged my sister $30 but charged me $35 for the exact same thing. To top it off, the lady who took care of me made fun of my nail painting skills. Obviously I’m not good at doing my own nails, that’s why I pay you guys to do them?? Lol. Unnecessary and unprofessional.
