My experience was honestly terrible. First they ask entirely too many personal questions that make you very uncomfortable like where you live, then proceeded to ask exactly where it was basically asking me for an exact location!! They kept asking about my daughter and touched her face ! You DO NOT TOUCH SOMEONES CHILD AT ALL !! I was changed from one guy who asked these questions and then I was switched to another lady who asked the exact same questions as if they were trafficking kids or adults or trying to get more information. On top of that my nails are thick and I hate it. I didn’t even bother saying anything about them because I was ready to go and my fiancée was ready to walk in and that would have been a bigger issue !!! Be careful at this place please.

This place have a terrible customer service, when you make an appointment they actually switch your appointment and make it to the time that is convenient for them and if you say anything about it they get angry. I had a couple bad experience there. My nails were not even and they did not give me what I wanted but I was scared to say anything because John are rude with the clients. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been going for a year for dip manicures and everything was fine until recently I haven’t been happy with my results after my appointments. One of my nails broke by my own fault but I decided to give my nails a break so I made an appointment for a soak off and regular manicure. First, they didn’t start on my nails until 30 mins after my scheduled time. Then, they skipped the soak off and straight up ripped the dip off of my nails. Then I told the tech that it hurt but he continued. My nail literally bled. Then he proceeded to cut my nails unevenly. And finally when I went to pay they told me it would be $20 but when they handed me my receipt it said $25. Safe to say I’m never going back.

I Visit here for my regular Nail service, I must say the service and quality is fantastic! My acrylics always last 2-3 weeks! The owners are always present and welcoming.

A longtime client and friend recommended them. Really impressed with all the safety measures and loved having mani and pedi at same time...quick in and out. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you for making me feel pretty and comfortable. Definitely will be back.

And if your unhappy with anything she will make sure she correct it I have been a coming here for a while now and I love it.
