Theyre not that good they’re mediocre. I called ahead of time to ask about the pricing the man told me one price but when I got there the lady was trying to make me pay more. Go to pretty nails instead they’re cheaper and they’ll give you what you want without charging extra. The picture is from pretty nails (gel $45). Nail art was trying to charge $60 to do this same thing.
We are new to the area and trying to find a good clean nail salon is hard. I didn’t like the fact they didn’t use liners in the pedicure chairs. But my main issue is the manicure. The older gentleman did my nails and tried to drill them down. I kept telling him it was getting hot on my nail bed. He got very upset and was rude and aggressive with my hands and nails the entire time. They look like a mess. He cut my cuticle with the drill several times. Simply put… what was supposed to be a relaxing outing out with my husband turned into an expensive disappointment that left my hands and fingers cut up. Will NOT go back unfortunately.
Horrible experience!!!! Just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon, decided to come here and the woman half did my pedicure, she had a bad attitude as well as the guy, they made my toe nails uneven and my french tips look horrendous plus the nail shapes are TERRIBLE. Very overpriced for their work & im the type to tip for good service they deserved NOTHING more. Poor customer service

This was my 2nd time using this nail salon. They're typically very nice and friendly. I wasn't happy with a few things like being scrutinized about my choice of nail color and design and the nail tech wasn't able to recreate my original nails from 2 weeks ago. I love Halloween, horror and goth nail styles. Apparently that's a problem to these simple folks since I tried to get the nail tech to try another design. She just said no I can't do that. I gave up and just got plain black nails this time. The original nail tech from my 1st visit on 10/30/20 was not there today. I had to get a fill in and a repair done. There was no wait when I arrived. I'm not so sure if I'll be going back.

Worst nail place ever...they were too thick i asked her to thin them she says its your hand which is like dat...i never had such experience before ever...when i ask her to re do the whole thing and i will pay...she says i am not going to do that...worst place ever
I got my eyebrows done. Micro blading and loved it. Nancy was very professional and made me very comfortable since I’m very picky about anything that has to do with my face. Have been doing my nails there for years and very happy with the final results always. Definitely will recommend this place.
