Bobby is the man, he fixed my sons Ipad like a dream. He was informative about the actions he would take to ensure a good fix, very helpful & friendly, I am a happy customer.
Best place by far I have ever taken my phone to. I thought I completely destroyed my phone losing everything on it, but he said he could see what he could do to fix it and within about a week my phone was working still had all my data on it and also very fair prices. So 100% recommend Mobile Doctor. :)
Taken a chance of new business but did not expect this kind the service. Bobby is very attentive and well explained the cause of mobile repair. It was fixed the next day as he has expertise to repair on site. Most shops have to send it away to be repaired. The shop is nice and well displayed. Would highly recommended to anyone. What should I say? D best in town. Same day repair where other quoted me more money & 5-7 days of work. Dropped early morning got back by 3 same day. The knowledge these people have is awesome! Glad we have a good shop in town. 5 stars straight away!

Bobby is an expert in his field and a thorough professional at his services. Took my broken Samsung at many stores in Rotorua. Everyone asked for 3-5 biz days to resolve my phone without a guarantee. When I brought it here, after first 10 mins of evaluation, Bobby explained the whole situation and fixed it the same day :D My phone is back to life now. Thanks to you guys.
