Quick Facts About Ming Yuet Stylist

Ming Yuet Stylist Place is a no-frills hair salon that has some notable strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. Let's start with the strengths:
1. Affordable prices: Many customers appreciate the fact that Ming Yuet Stylist Place offers haircuts at a reasonable price. With a base price of $12 for a men's cut and an additional $5 for hair washing, it is significantly cheaper compared to other barbershops that charge $50 or more.
2. Friendly and experienced staff: Both Connie and Meggie are highly praised for their friendliness and attentiveness to customers. They are described as hard-working and knowledgeable about hair care. This positive customer service experience contributes to a satisfying overall haircut experience.
3. Attention to detail: Connie, in particular, is commended for spending close to 30 minutes or more on haircuts. Customers mention that she takes the time to listen to their requests, resulting in hairstyles that meet their expectations. This attention to detail is highlighted in positive comments about fades and hardline haircuts.
4. Convenient scheduling: Ming Yuet Stylist Place has a flexible appointment system, allowing customers to call ahead and schedule their visits. However, it's important to note that the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Now let's discuss the weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent haircut quality: One customer had a negative experience with Connie, stating that their haircut was uneven and poorly executed. This indicates some inconsistency in the quality of haircuts provided by Ming Yuet Stylist Place. It's possible that this may be an isolated incident or an exception to Connie's usual performance.
2. Cash-only policy: Several customers found it inconvenient that Ming Yuet Stylist Place only accepts cash payments. This necessitates the need for customers to locate an ATM or a store with a cash back option, which can be a hassle for those who prefer to use electronic payment methods.
3. Mask requirement: One customer mentioned discontinuing their visits to Ming Yuet Stylist Place because they require masks during haircuts. While this may be seen as a positive measure for health and safety, it may deter customers who have personal objections to wearing masks during haircuts.
It's vital to consider that these comments are subjective opinions and experiences of individual customers. One negative comment should not overshadow the overall positive feedback received for Ming Yuet Stylist Place. Nonetheless, the salon could benefit from addressing the consistency of haircut quality and considering alternative payment methods to enhance customer convenience.

Best KBFKR Reviews

No frills shop to get a haircut. I've been coming to Connie on and off for the past 3 years. I usually call to make a appointment and I know she is off on Sundays and Mondays.
The prices have gone up and it's now $20 for a haircut. I usually have gunk, gel, or pomade in my hair so I request to have my hair washed for additional $5. This is a great price considering many barbershops charge $50 or more for a haircut now.
Connie is really friendly and does a great job of spending close to 30 minutes or more on your hair. I usually request for a fade and a "hardline". She asks you to rinse your hair after the cut and blow dries your hair before styling it for you if you want.
I leave a satisfied customer!
this place literally ruined my life I was so ugly for 5 months because of how uneven Connie cut my hair like it was actually horrific. My bangs were literally so short and uneven and were coming from the back of my scalp like ???????????????? and the hair was just like chopped off in uneven sections and cut very bluntly. Literally don’t come here dude they will ruin your face for months oh my goddddd ????????????
Meggie is super friendly. She listened what I want and did good job on my hair. Definitely will come back again????
Got a decent haircut. The only setback for me was that they were a cash-only business so I had to find either an ATM, or a store with a cash back option.
Cheap haircut. Had been getting my hair cut here for the past 5 years, but I'm stopping now as they require masks during your haircut.
On principle I will not come back
Connie is the best for a high fade haircut.
Only takes about 15-25 minutes but you'll come out looking super fresh.
This is the place to get a clean fade. Don't go to barbershops it ain't worth it.
Ming yuet ftw
Maggie is always attentive to her customers. She's hard working and know how to take care of hair. I highly recommend this salon.
Extremely friendly and experienced staff. Maggie cut my hair perfectly after I showed her a picture. Very affordable, base price for a men's cut is $12 as of this writing. Lots of street and residential parking available.
