Cultural differences and the fact that staff did not/refused to speak English made this an extremely unpleasant experience for me. My 80-yr old mother enjoyed her foot massage on our mani-pedi day. Surly man on staff kept tapping hard on my leg to either indicate to put my foot back in the water, bend my knee, or put my leg up to have toenails cut. Why can't they learn basic questions they must have to utilize everyday? If they know how to give instructions or simple commands in English why won't they use words? I don't speak "Mumble-esse". Made me feel ignored and passed over, not special--and we had to pay $100--so this boutique is Not Cheap at all if they are conserving time or words. Then staff spoke their own foreign language loud amongst themselves, over our heads, and cackled. At the end: They did a decent temporary job on our nails yet color lasted only 3 days then started chipping. Shoddy workmanship. Staff needs to learn manners. They treated me badly and I am telling everyone. In fact I've already been told about CA Nails near Loews where I'll go next time for sure.

Absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so kind and does an amazing job. I came in only wanting a fill/new set and they asked if I wanted a pedicure. I said why not. BEST decision I have ever made. I am a waitress on my feet all day long and this was the best pedicure I have ever received. Then comes the new set of acrylics. I showed the kind man a picture for my inspiration and what I received was even better than the picture I showed him. I highly recommend Mimis. Make sure to give them a call and get yourself down there and pamper yourself! Very very reasonable prices.

I went with two other women afteer setting an appt over the phone. Turns out there are two locations within 15 minutes of each other. So we offered to drive to the other location but they told us just to stay. Not only did they proceed to complain to us as well as other customers, but their services were pretty disappointing. My two pinkies as well as ring fingers aren't even the same size. When I told her I wanted my nails shorter than what she cut them she also told me that they couldn't be any shorter because it would be "ugly" to have short coffin nails. I'm so disappointed. I wish I could post a picture with my review.

It was a very slow and long process for nails that are poorly shaped as well as painted. Left over pieces of acrylic on the inner parts of my nails. It was really bad experience. Shouldn’t have a license in my opinion

The service was absolutely terrible! They constantly spoke to each other while laughing and looking at us. They charged $20 for a senior citizen nail trim! Outrageous! I would never recommend this place ever! Rude and overpriced!

The man at this location made my experience miserable. I am a very polite person and he was mean and forceful. He was intentionally causing me physical pain and kept hitting my arms and hands out of frustration. I hate myself for even paying for this service. I will never be back and I will spread the word of this nasty establishment.

I went there last week for a fill and my nail polish broke off of my thumb nail so i went there today to see if i could have it fixed and i got an attitude from the lady who opened at 9am because she did not have anyone to fix it. I will never go back there. If you cant respect me i will not respect you.

She was very sweet and I loved the way my manicure came out!!!
